I have been using them frequently, every quarter for pest control. My opinion will not change for them and I will recommend them to others. They do a good job and my overall experience has been excellent.

They are very good, very responsive and thorough. They explain everything.

They do termite inspections from tiem to time. Theuy are terrific! They are wonderful people to work with! They gave a free estimate. Their main purpose is to do termite inspections. When they find indications that you have termites, they will come tro your house and do the entire perimeter of the outside of your house. They go 3 feet below your house. They are licensed adn used teh governemtn required materials. They will actually drill holes in my garage floor and injected teh prodcut into the ground underneath the concrete. And then they covered up teh small holes with cement.

Termites were found in our home this past Spring, but the exterminating company we had used never did a complete job and did not return...they only made excuses, i.e., they're backed up due to the weather, etc. Fortunately, now being a member of Angie's list, we contacted Balance of Nature from the list and are very glad we did. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. Also, the house was inspected and the procedure was explained in full before they started. The infestation was treated and also the entire house to protect against further problems. We are now on an annual inspection and quarterly treatment schedule. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone with any pest problem.
