Terrible, they charged 800 dollars and the exterminator John didn't even go after the cockroaches. Ignored them till he extorted more money, and what he did didn't even work at all. A big rip off.

I own a small business in Tuckerton, NJ and since we opened in 2017 we have used Balance of Nature Inc exclusively for all our pest removal needs. They always come right out and service the same day we call. Their prices are fair. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Jerry from Balance of Nature sprayed my house for wasps and yard for ticks .Jerry was polite , professional and very thorough. He was careful around all our fruit trees and plants. Will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!

Call Balance of Nature Pest Control, period. Don't waste time like we did calling other wildlife control companies…getting answering machines, no call backs, outrageous prices, and can't get out to inspect for another week etc. . That's how we ended up with a raccoon in our garage and really stressed out for 5 very long days!! Thankfully, we called BALANCE OF NATURE. Spoke to Jerry, the owner, and he came out the next day to do a full inspection. We were impressed with his knowledge of the situation, understanding of what needed to be done, and the competitive price. The day after that Jerry and John came out. These two guys are the hardest workers you will ever meet. They were so patient and upbeat as we labored over what we would throw out and what we could keep and get disinfected, Within 4 hours they cleaned out our 2 car garage and large loft and filled a trailer and van with items to be thrown out, disinfected the walls, floors, railings, refrigerator, bikes, golf clubs, and tools etc. Our garage looks like we just moved in. Thanks to you, Jerry and John, for a job well done. We are feeling normal for the first time in a week!

They not only returned my call, they were able to fit me in same day! I was informed it would be $175 for a full inspection and that fee would go towards the total cost if we selected them to do the work. Two young guys came out and did a full inspection. They removed the birds nest, cleaned/disinfected the siding, and reinstalled the siding with screws to ensure the birds would not be coming back. Total was $375 - not cheap, but thought they did a good job and would hire them again

Jerry got right back to me when I called and was able to come service my yard very quickly. He followed up when it was time for a re-spray. The service worked and lasted longer than I expected. I use him every year and will continue to use their services. They are extremely easy to work with and professional.

Told me I had bats in my attic. Came back and gave me the quote for 3000 plus dollar. The work description says using the silicone and Chaul, they will seal the openings and install one way door to exclude the bats. Also it comes with 2 year warranty. I can't believe the estimate and also there was no infestation. Only 1 or 2 droppings here and there. Also he told me I need only spot cleaning. I wasted 175 just for 1 hour inspection. Very disappointed. The quote should be for the job and not for the location or neighborhood of the property.

Started out repairing places under the shed and fence for dog in backyard to keep rabbits and animals out until the owner noticed that there was a spot in the roof that looks like a hole so he told me he would go up and check it and found whole family of bats as well so thankful very observant....

Jerry is a pro through and through. All phone calls were replied to in quick form. The matter at hand was always treated professionally with a return inspection. AAA+++

All the work he has done fixed the problems we had. Would not use anyone else. Fast, professional and friendly, who could ask for anything more?

They are on time, always work with our schedule, get things done when they say , friendly.

This is an excellent company to deal with. Jerry, the owner, answered my call promptly and was very nice to work with. He explained the process thoroughly and arrived within the scheduled time and completed the job in a very professional manner. We used him this entire season for treatment and will continue to use him in the future.

After calling Balance of Nature I was very optimistic. They showed up when they said they would and handled my problem. Very clean and professional. I will definitely being calling them in the future if I run into any other pest. Thanks again for a great service!

It took them about half an hour to 45 minutes. They went down the basement. I walked with the guy. They checked the basement. They checked the vents upstairs. They went up into the attic. The guy looked. They were on time. We haven't had an issue since. We did do like a pest control package. It was about $200. We just did that just in case. So far so good. No mice, no nothing.

He came by and he was very good. He was pretty thorough. We got a one year warranty, and he was very professional. We were very happy. He was very responsive, and very helpful. We had like 10 flying squirrels in the attic. I was very pleased. He came from a different township, and we were very happy with that. He was very punctual. They came here 3 or 4 times, and they always showed up.

It went good. I have used them in the past and I had some inquiries about other services. They are a really good company and they respond quickly. They do a variety of different things and are a great company to deal with. In the past they have come out in a professional manner, complete with uniforms and company trucks.

Great. He came right away and took care of this nest. Knew exactly what kind of hornet it was and even saved it for me to donate to a nature center. I will definitely use this gentleman for other household tasks that may come up, as advertise

The job went very well. The service provider scanned my entire roofing area and made recommendations to replace missing gutter guards blown off during the hurricane storm season . I would strongly recommend this provider to anyone in need of gutter cleaning.

The gentleman was great, he gave us the name of the products he was about to use so we could google the information before place them in our home. We have a dog and cat, and he knew were concerned for there safety. He placed traps in places my cat could not access. He sprayed and treated around the house in the basement and dining room. He knew his stuff and was very nice.

I was very pleased with the response time of the company. Very quick and it was the owner! He came out and gave an estimate to get rid of some squirrels we were having trouble with. He arrived on time, took care of the animals and the area, cleaned up and the price was exactly what was quoted..nothing hidden.

The gentlemen that came out was very friendly, accommodating, and informative. They uses gentle and holistic chemicals that are nature-based to eradicate the termites and are very eco-friendly. We will be hiring them to do the work.

I selected two providers in my area to contact. Balance of Nature responded very quickly and set up an appointment immediately. The other provider, Crowley's Termite and Pest Services NEVER responded.

I have been using them for a couple of years now. He is very reliable, reasonable, and prompt. I don't have anything negative to say.
