Paul did an excellent job. The dryer vent is clean and the dryer is working. We cannot say enough about the fine level of service he provided. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very respectful of our home and did his best to keep our house clean while he worked. We highly recommend him and his company. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Everything was done cleanly etc, but it was not worth 99$. If the price is 50$ I would have accepted that. I don't believe it is worth all the money. Work was done well, but it was little too costly. If I had known about it, I wouldn't have gone there. I saw what they did and I felt I could have done it myself.

Gentleman was professional, very clean neat and kempt. I would definitely recommend this service.

The technician was on time, clean, and worked fast. He had my fireplace lit in less than 5 minutes and thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the unit.

Paul showed up for service at exactly the time I was quoted. This is the first time we've had the ducts cleaned since we moved in a year ago. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he was working. He also gave tips on how to minimize dirt and dust buildup in the future. One thing that really impressed me was that he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't already know I needed! We will certainly use his services again in the future!

I lived in this house for many years without cleaning my ducts. One day I turned on my heater and I noticed dust was coming out from the registers. My carpenter friend recommended cleaning my ducts and gave me Paul's number. He said its is a good company and Paul has great professionals working for him, so I tried. On the appointment date Paul came himself right on time and we looked over my house. He even used his miniature camera to show me what is inside those airways, I was shocked. Well, we agreed on the price and a few hours later that camera showed me that everything was completely clean of dust. Well, this is what I expected because I saw what kind of equipment these guys use, those vacuums were very powerful. Oh, and I got a 10% discount for telling my family and friends about this great service. Thank you Paul! I will see you in a couple of years again.

Well Duct did an outstanding job sweeping our chimney and cleaning out our dryer vent. Our serviceman Paul was prompt, friendly, professional, and educated us on several important things we should know about the both services, as well as he took a look at our air ducts for our HVAC system to give us an estimate for what it would cost to clean the system. The price was very fair considering the time, thoroughness, and cleanliness of his service. He was so thorough that he was able to determine that the air vent cap for our dryer was clogged and went on our roof to unclog it. He was very careful to protect the home, and himself, while fixing it. I would definitely use his service again, and highly recommend using use his service if you are looking for someone dependable, professional, thorough in their work, and fairly priced.

Paul was very clean, neat and polite. I wasn't able to move all the furniture so he said he would do it. He explained everything he was doing and was not in a rush. As far as I can tell, the job was well done.
