Great ! speedy response via Angie's list and i was given a quote of $185 for the service. The techs arrived promptly, put on shoe covering before entering the house, were very friendly to us and our dogs. They went to the basement, checked out the chimney, removed some debri but determined a chimney sweep wasn't really necessary. They went on to explain what our real problem could be and what our next step should be. The tech said that a lot of the houses were originally oil heat and when they changed over to gas as it was more efficient, the change effected the structure of the chimney and it could be that we may have a small crack somewhere. Unfortunately they didn't do that type of evaluation but provided us with the info we needed to get a Level 2 inspection. We were impressed with the honesty and because they didn't do the actual chimney sweep they discounted the original quote. My husband and I were really happy with the information and the fact that they showed some real integrity. Thanks to Wellduct for the info & we will be calling again to get the ducts done in the future.

The actual appointment went fine. The technician was prompt, professional, and in and out within 15 minutes. The irritating part of the experience came with setting the actual appointment. I purchased this from Angie's List and put in my 3 best appointment days and times. It turns out that this place doesn't do service calls on evenings or weekends, so we set it for President's Day, when I would be off from work. We set the appointment about 10 days in advance. Five days later, they called to ask if we could change the time to earlier, and I said fine. The day before, they called again and asked if they could change the appointment to 9 am, and I said no. Later that evening, they called to ask if they could reschedule to another day entirely, and that's when I had to put my foot down. It's not cool to try to reschedule 3 TIMES when they knew it would be difficult to schedule for another day. But the technician who came out was great. My issue is with their office and customer service, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

It went very well. Paul did his best to assist me. He came on time, called before he came, and was very professional from start to finish. I decided to do a chimney lining which this company does not actually do. However, his chimney sweep service was very reasonably priced and I would use him in the future for maintenance. Very nice guy!

for $135 Very Fast, so far it seems he removed the bird nest. No cleaning, or safety inspection. Just a quick 15 mins in and out. Was expecting more from the deal I bought. I paid $99 for my wood burining fireplace (from another company) and they cleaned, checking the flue, and made it like new... just a comparison of companies and how much effort was put in.

The young man came in a timely fashion and worked cleanly, neatly, and thoroughly. Very polite and efficient. I would certainly use this company again.

WellDuct gave a price through Angie's list e-mail which we thought was fair. He showed up on time. He was here for three hours working all the time. He was courteous, very professional, knew what he was doing, no gimmicks. He told us what he was doing as he went along. I will be recommending him to my friends and neighbors. I would HIGHLY recommend WellDuct to anyone who needs this service.

They did an excellent job. The technician was thorough in inspecting the inherited gas fireplace, professional, explained what he was doing, made suggestions, meticulous, on time, very good. Charges for the service was a good deal, for a return visit $99 is a fair price but not a bargain. I highly recommend at least the individual I had. He represented the business very well. This was a very good service that was worth every penny.

This was a very poor experience. I made an appointment and they called the day of the appointment to state that they had overbooked and wouldn't be able to make it. I rescheduled again and the same thing happened. The providers voice mail does not work which made the situation worse.

Overall OK, but I don't think he replaced the gas logs back in the correct order which I think is important to the functioning of a gas fireplace. I can't really tell, because I'm not expert, but it just doesn't look right, maybe it was wrong before. Not sure if that is their expertise, I would go with a gas fireplace expert next time. But overall did a clean job.

It was a little difficult scheduling. They needed to change my appointment without really telling me why except that they couldn't make it at that time, but they called with lots of advance notice, so I didn't take the day off of work or anything. I understand, sometimes things come up, but it would have been nice to have been offered an explanation. The guy that came to service the fireplace was very nice and had a very calm demeanor and was totally professional and exactly on time. He worked efficiently and was happy to answer any questions that I had. I will certainly call upon them again. It was more than stellar service.
