Description of Work: They were professional and vacuumed my chimney but a few days later when we used the chimney there was smoke coming back into the house. So we ordered brushes and went on the chimney the old fashioned way and cleaned it, there was black dust on the bottom of the chimney, where I cleaned it up and now it works better.

Description of Work: They were prompt, clean, thorough and efficient. We used them to tune up our gas fire place. The technician discussed the other services that they offered but did not pressure me with a sales pitch. I will use them next year to tune up the fire place, clean the air ducts, and clean the dryer vents. (The last two were done previous to our appointment). The technician also went over the procedures I needed to properly use the fireplace. I wish I knew of them earlier. Great job

Description of Work: The cleaned all of our heating system air ducts. The also checked the furnace filter and fixed a broken duct. For an extra amount ($65) I also approved them cleaning the dryer vent line.
