Description of Work: -Checked and cleaned the fireplace gas system. |-Advised that one of the system sensors needed replacing in order for fireplace to function. |-Advised would have an associate w proper certification to replace sensors contact us.

Description of Work: they cleaned the gas logs and the area and replaced a part that the tech stated was causing the pilot light to go out. Even with the replaced part the pilot light still goes out.

Description of Work: Well duct cleaned our gas fireplace. They did an excellent job. We were talking and the service person mentioned our dryer duct. I knew the previous owners had not cleaned it, and we had not done it since we moved in. Thus, I had Well Duct do it on 12/22/15 when they were here for the gas fireplace. The young man who serviced the fireplace was quite knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will be using them to clean our AC ducts shortly.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Paul did both the Gas Fire Place and the dryer vent. I then had him come back later to clean the heating system duct work. i will definitely use him again for the next dryer vent cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned gas fireplace - but when they turned off the pilot light, they could not restart it. Claimed the unit was faulty. The young man was nice - tried his best but.... Anyway I called another company who came and relit the pilot light without a problem - paid them twice as much as Wellduct. Yes, Wellduct did refund the $$$$ I paid via Angie's list (so D rather than F for quality)

Description of Work: My gas fireplace would not light so they got that working; went to my rental property and cleaned the heat ducts thoroughly and cleaned the dryer vent. Service was outstanding.
