Description of Work: I signed up for the service in December. I had some difficulty booking a morning appointment. They attempted to reschedule a couple of times. Finally I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The person who came called before arrival. He was on time. Very knowledgeable and professional. He made the experience a positive one. He put a good face to the company.

Description of Work: Could not use their service because I was out of their area, but the owner called me quickly and was very polite and professional.

Description of Work: Peter was early, I was late but not an inch of grief from him! he was fun, friendly, courteous, knowledgable and very professional! the only issue I experienced was their delay in calling to scheduled the appointment. I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks, but after that it was smooth.

Description of Work: I asked to have the fireplace reviewed for repair. It is a gas fireplace and was not working. The service call was set up by someone in a different area and when they came to clean the fireplace, they were not aware that I requested this. We let the serviceman know what I needed him to do. he checked the fireplace, made a few calls and said he would get back to me. He never did.

Description of Work: I hired them for the "Deal of the Day" to do a clean & check of my gas fireplace. Paul was terrific--& fixed the remote control, which has never worked properly. They also do dryer vent cleaning, which I had him add on to the visit. After finishing more remodeling & painting work on the house, I will have them come back to clean all the air ducts.
