He arrived on time and verified that the computer would not boot up. He removed the hard drives to test them and determine if the drives were bad or it was something else. He call three days later to say that the boot drive was unreadable and he could bring the drives back. I made an appointment and he did not show up, two days later he called to apologize, and I made another appointment. He kept the appointment and re-installed the drives. Although he was courteous and tried to do a good job, I felt that my particular problem was not his forte.

The owner was available seven days a week by telephone and e-mail. Calls and messages were returned promptly. Caters to the wants and needs of the client. Very patient with my family in answering all our questions concerning the who, what, where (to place the tv) and how much the job would cost.

Everything went very well. Came when they said and work was done right.

They were very accommodating with scheduling and made it very easy to schedule an appointment with them. They were very friendly and was overall very happy with the installation.

Amazing! He installed a 60 inch flat screen and mantel. He was very meticulous and detailed. I am blown away how great it all looks. And he cleaned up. I would definitely recommend him! Thank you!!!

They did a great job, and they exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time and accomplished more than what I had originally signed up for. I wanted a computer tune-up on two computers; he ended up doing three computers and fixed a problem with my home theater system. He completed the job within the two hours covered on the deal.

They did a great job but the deal was not as it seemed. There was more listed on the deal than he could possibly complete for this amount. Provider said that he would call and have this corrected on the Angie’s List site. He did give me a swivel mount, which I paid for, as I did not want the standard mount. He had to put an outlet behind the TV, which I only had to pay for the outlet and not the labor. He did go over and above. He was very nice and cleaned up when he was finished. I would use this provider again if I needed to.

It works as I hoped it would. I can now play music in four separate rooms from one source without overloading my equipment and while maintaining full volume control separately for each room. Job well done!

Steve is personable, prompt, extremely knowledgeable. I felt total confidence in his professional abilities. He came twice in the evening when he didn't have time to complete something. He went out of his way to purchase a printer for us. I call him our "computer son". With remote access, he's always at the end of a phone to keep us from panicking. He removed unneeded equipment (a modem) that our cable company installed unnecessarily. We're very grateful to Angie's List for finding Steve. He also does computer training. He is very patient. He was also able to get my T.V. connected with WiFi so I could access Netflix.

Upon first contact to inquire about See Hear Tech's capabilities and previous experience, Steve was immediately responsive and a total professional. He captured our needs and expectations and proposed a simple and cost effective approach to achieve the results desired. Steve created a budget, was flexible in allowing us to capture best price on equipment, but ultimately he took care of everything has he had good pricing on equipment as well. We scheduled delivery and installation and Steve was right on time. He was easy to access by phone and text and we always knew where we stood. The installation had some challenges as new HDMI cable needed to be run to the 4K HD TV, and walls needed to be opened to remove old cable and snake new. Again, Steve and his team handled it all. No mess, walls repaired, big TV hung and all programming completed. Looks and sounds great! As we learned the new system we called back Steve to change a program on switching between activities, and again no fuss. He scheduled a convenient time, came over changed it and we are good to go. Couldn't ask for more from standpoint of knowing the technologies, explaining capabilities in an understandable way, cost conscious approach and professional install and follow up. Great communications!! Would recommend highly.

He was professional, and knew exactly what to do…..Once the virus was gone, he recovered the data that was gone.

Very courteous and professional and neat. Cleaned up and left the house as it was when he arrived. Turned out to be less than the original estimate.
