I called and left a message several times. Never received a call back and I do not expect to. Now looking for another provider elsewhere.

For our wedding reception. See Hear Tech provided the sound system, microphones and audio equipment. They delivered high quality equipment and a professional set up. We highly recommend See Hear Tech for all your audio/visual needs!

Steve identified the amplifier as the problem, and gave me several options for replacing it, without having to replace the complicated universal remote for the system. We also discussed upgrading components in the future, to simplify both the wiring & remote for the system.

The work was completed with very high quality. The TV looks great and the cost was very reasonable. We had some old stereo equipment and Steve was able to connect it all up. Steve is very conscientious and spent a great deal of time explaining the new system. We had one component fail and Steve came out quickly and replaced it.

Not being very computer literate I was having difficulty installing a software upgrade on my MAC. Contacted Steve of See Hear Tech after finding him on Angie's list. He returned my call within 2 hours. He arrived promptly for the appointment completed the upgrade, connected a new router, I had just received, improved speed by connecting my computer to the router and made suggestions to increase memory returning a few days later to install the new chip. His price was very fair. I would not hesitate to use him again.

They didn't really find what was wrong with my computer and I still have to hire somebody and they were very nice and they sort of looked through everything. We got stalled a couple of months because, he told me people got a lot of TV's for christmas and he was like putting them up for people and doing the wiring and things like that. So I guess he's not necessarily a computer person. He did tell me if I was still having problems to call him back, and I didn't because I just felt he was not the right person. He said if these signs pop up on the screen again to take pictures of them and email them to him but he just didn't seem to get to anything that was troubling me with the computers so you know I'm looking into getting somebody to just clean it up.

Pros: Steve was very good to deal with. His price was also very competitive. Willing to perform minor adjustments without charging extra which was good. Cons: Since I tried to install TV, Soundbar and TV Shelf, I would segregate them to explain further a) TV Mount: He was very professional enough to find the studs and mount the TV at the correct position.The final output was that TV was inclined and not completely vertical. He attributed this to the Full Motion Mount that I purchased from Costco. I'm not sure if this can be fixed. Overall Service was good, but the Output was okay. b) Soundbar: He could not get the wall struts and hence he just installed them on the dry wall. Not sure if this will last for a long time. Again cannot comment on the Quality as I'm not an expertise. c) TV Shelf: He could not install TV Shelf to the wall since the conenction between the TV SHelf points and the wall struts did not match. So, I ended up keeping the shelf down. So, I could not get the TV Shelf mounted.

It's impossible to imagine how anyone could provide better and friendlier service for a better price. Everything you could hope for and more!

All work done met my expectations. Very professional and clean looking install. Couldn't ask for a better job. I would highly recommend.

My husband was involved in that because I was not present at the time. I think it was fine. He came on time. There was an extra charge because he agree to do a feature installation for us.

Dealing with some service people can often be difficult and annoying. Dealing with Steve @ See Hear Tech was a total joy. He came in on time, and immediately started pulling wires, re-routing cables and re-configuring all the inputs. I was amazed how fast and efficiently he was moving. Rememember, it was not like I just purchased everything at once and all from the same company which would allow everything to be simply plugged in. My amp for example has to be 15 years old. Steve was able to marry everything together. Once everything was hooked up he made sure that everything worked ( and more importanly) explained everything to me. Then I unloaded multiple questions to him about the TV, about the connections, about the various functions of the TV. He took his time and answered every one as fast as I could ask. Steve not only knew his job but is also excels in deals nag with people which sadly is something that you see less and less now a days.

Overall it went really well. Steve came once to discuss options on where to mount in our family room. Once we finalized the price and date he arrived on time on the day of the work and finished the job as per schedule. He also neatly velcroed all the other equipment like setup top box, apple tv behind the TV and helped setup the logitech smart remote control. The whole thing was very professionally done. Will surely recommend to anyone.

Excellent. Steve was passionate about his work and easy to work with. Simple and easy. He was more of a perfectionist than I am and it was nice that he was looking to make things "just right" Good job!

We were very pleased with the installation and the service. It was all very neatly done and squarely installed on the wall, making it a professional installation. This was a great deal as it included the cost of the TV mount.

Steve was very polite and helpful. We had an old computer with files that were important to us which had stopped booting up. Steve took it back to his shop and managed to revive it. He also added RAM to it and installed some service packs and returned it running better than ever.

He came out twice, cut a hole in the wall, left the hole in the wall, and mounted the bracket I paid for. He then told me I had to hire an electrician and so I got a refund from Angie's List. I wish he had known his limitations about the job prior to having him start the work.

Steve was a very knowledgeable TV technician. He was quite patient with explanations and was familiar with home entertainment systems. He arrived on time and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His prices were in line or less than the competition.

Great experience with Steve on the TV mounting. Would definitely recommend. He was very courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the room cleaned up afterwards. Steve even spent the time installing a new Blueray player for us and walking us through the install.

The job went very well. Steve accommodated my schedule and showed up on time. He was very friendly, courteous and a real down to earth genuine guy. He did what I expected him to do and I can only highly recommend Steve. This was another great experience.

Worst then I thought. When they came out for estimation they did a good job and provided the estimate right away. However they missed an item on the estimate so they eventually revised the estimate. They scheduled for a Monday and then called out sick on Monday. For the next appointment they asked me if Wednesday was ok plus the revised estimate with the missed item was ok. I replied via text "That should be fine". Based on my response they assumed I was not ok with the Wednesday appointment and hence gave it to some one else. Finally when I questioned their assumption, they cancelled the job because they thought I was arguing unnecessarily. I even asked them if they could do the work on a subsequent appointment, they just cancelled my order.

It was an excellent experience. Steve arrived on time. He took an overview of the work that was needed to be preformed and explained in detail how it was going to get done and even moved a piece of furniture. As a result, now the room is staged to give me the best tv watching experience. He is a hard worker and I would highly recommend using his services.

He was terrific. He was very patient with my indecision. He has enough experience with installations that I was happy to accept his suggestions for solutions to problems and the size of the television. He came to the house first to see the space and listen to what I wanted. I kept emphasizing that I didn't want the television to take over the room. He made a suggestion of a size of television and a brand and then offered to get the television for me and bring it when he came to install it. I doublechecked the price he quoted on the television and it was almost identical to the price on line and eagerly asked him to save me the trouble of trying to find it and bring it home. On the planned installation day, he brought in the new television and all his equipment for hanging and when the tv came out of the box, it just looked too small in my opinion. He had listened to my wish for the television to not be too prominent in the room but in the end, the size I thought I wanted just looked too small. He cheerfully packed everything back up. I never felt like he was annoyed. He returned the first television, bought a second larger one and was back in two days to install it. The television looks perfect on the wall. There are no wires running down from it - they are hidden inside the wall. I picked up equipment from the cable company and he connected all the wires, set up the remote controls and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He left everything clean. The price that I paid him included the cost of the television. He was pleasant, cheerful, clean, patient. The whole experience was great.
