Description of Work: Furnace was not acting correctly. T.Daniel employee came and performed diagnostics. Nothing came up but he suggested I change the batteries on thermostat and that did the trick. Very professional, came on time stated and was very knowledgeable on furnace. Showed me what to look for on the diagnostics lights and were to cross reference to see what is wrong. Have used them before and they always give great and reasonable service.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced bathtub and toilet in 1 bathroom, replaced faucets in bathtub and 3 sinks, replaced outside hose faucets with frost-free, replaced all shutoff valves with 1/4 turn or ball valves, connected drains for 3 new sinks, connected valve and line for refrigerator ice maker. |These activities were part of a larger bath remodel project and required plumber support at certain exact times to coordinate with other activities. Company did all they could to accommodate my schedule, making numerous visits. All T. Daniel people acted professionally and treated me with respect. |Company owner, Tim, visited my home for initial review of work requested, and twice during work. Comprehensive contract proposal was provided by email within 1 day. Payment terms were 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 at start, midway through and at completion of work. I gave a B on price because this was only proposal I obtained and I am not sure if a lower price might have been obtained from another company. My main concern here was using a known company (they had done an excellent job for me on an oil-to-gas conversion in 2013.) All work has been performed to my satisfaction and I will not hesitate to use T. Daniel again, should the need arise.

Description of Work: Replaced oil burner in the furnace with gas burner. Added plumbing from outside the house to the furnace in the house.

Description of Work: This review is way overdue & I apologize. I've been using TDFF for my heating oil for a few yrs. I used to shop around for prices & it's usually pennies & in the past Wendy has always matched. I no longer do that as last Nov (2013) TDFF came to clean my furnace-it was cracked so it had to be replaced. With an extremely cold and long winter I had to wait close to 2 weeks I feel horrible forgetting the owners name...does it start with a 'T'??..ugh. Anyway, he provided me 2 brand new heaters for my home until they could get here to install my new furnace which I've now had for 6 months and no problems. Thank you T Daniel Family Fuel and Thank you Wendy as you're always a pleasure to deal with.
