Bill Carter showed up on time , surveyed the job and will provide written proposal after which we will issue a PO for the pool cover and retraction crank system.

Excellent service. They came on time. Closed my pool for the winter. Cleaned-up after. Very, very good. I highly recommend this company. I am planning to use it from now on.

Cadillac is a name usually associated with a higher status of quality. Bill Carter did the name justice above and beyond what I can put into words. From the moment I answered his call, I felt like we were friends. He was prompt for his appointment, and treated us like we were all old friends. He was extremely professional, and yet very easy to talk to. He didn't rush me through my questions, and answered them all. On liner day Bill Carter was the one in the deep end cleaning out the muck. That alone is very impressive and shows he doesn't only care about the customer, but his people also. Bill will always be my pool guy.

THEY OPENED MY POOL DID A LOUSY JOB DIDNT VACUME POOL I FIGURED THEYD FIX THE POOL DURING THE MAINTENENCE. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WHEN I CALLED BILL HE SAID HED RATHER NOT DO THE JOB

I received call back very quickly despite the busy pool season. Bill is a hard worker and did a fantastic job. I knew as soon as I heard his voice on the phone that this was someone trustworthy. A Good Person. That is important to me when I bring anyone onto my property. It is always best to enrich your home with positive energy! USE CADILLAC. You will not regret it!

We hired cadillac pools to install a new liner and make some additions to our pump setup. When we hired them we had a pre existing issue with a collapsed side wall due to ground water. Bill was able to creatively and efficiently fix our problem. He had many problems due to the ground water but he was able to handle the job. He had to make several trips back to us in order to make the wall where we had the collapse strong enough. Cadillac pools put in many hours and kept his prices very reasonable. Bill from Cadillac Pools arrived exactly when he said he would, spend time discussing the options and the process. Later that week he came back and removed the old cover to be used as a template for the new one. He told me the new cover wuld be raedy in a bout a week or so. Exactly 7 days later he called to say the cover was ready and he came out the same day with a helper and installed the new cover. At that time he spend time going over some of the tips in removing and installing the cover since I do it on my own. This was my first time using ServiceMagic and hopefully my future experiences will be the same!!

Bill Carter was great to work with. He did everything he promised and then some. An extremely satisfatory expeience.
