Cadillac Pools, LLC

The Cadillac Pools, LLC gave me an excellent service. They did the whole stuff even the one that I have not asked for. They vacuum up the pool. They didn't rushed the job, they took their time. They know what they were doing.

Used to be good, used Bill Carter for years. He seems to be gone although they do not admit it and it is registered to a new owner, who we wont be using again. During a simple opening, they cut my expensive vacuum hose to use as a backwash hose, dropped a winter plug into the pool and left it there, and argued that they installed a return vent correctly in the opposite direction of the manufacturers installation manual. I called the new owner who did nothing.

Bill was very caring ,helpful and professional! I have never been more pleased with a job so well done. All my questions answered and his timely completion of the liner couldnâ t have been any better. Cadillac pools will now be my go to for all my pool needs.

I have had pools all of my life (all above ground), but this year's opening was just too much for me. I have had the occasional green openings in my day, but this one was just awful and I could not get it clear. Even worse than that was the filter was running too high and no matter how many times I changed the DE, it wasn't helping at all. Finding a good company to work on an above ground pool these days is not easy as so many companies only want to work with inground. I am SO happy and grateful that I reached out to Cadillac Pools. Not only were they able to clear up the green pool, but they have things running better then they have in YEARS and the pressure on the filter has been beyond perfect and consistent. I highly recommend their services. Bill was prompt to respond to my requests and Hayden was super kind, answered all of my questions and did an amazing job getting the problems resolved. If you are looking for a company to do any work on your pool (above or inground - they work with both), do not hesitate! Call Cadillac Pools!

Bill really knows his stuff. He is professional and fairly priced. Other family members have used him for pool repairs also and he has been great.

I couldnâ  t say enough good things about Bill and Cadilac pools. I had them service my pool once a week and the day before our Labor Day family party the pool heater wouldnâ  t work. Bill came over on a Sunday and said that my heater panel was bad but couldnâ  t get new part till after holiday. I told him I had a family party next day and Bill went out of his way and went back to his shop and got me a used heater panel. Bill came back that evening and fixed my pool heater. Who does that on a holiday weekend/Sunday!!??? It was so nice and considerate of Bill to go out of his way to save my family party. What a great guy and great company. In addition Bill set up a weekly cleaning and service on my pool and all his employees were on time and professional. Cadilac pools is a great company owned by a great guy. No exaggeration, Spoke to Bill about a problem I was having with the filter pump, was asked if I was home, and was at the house within an hour to resolve the problem. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Bill and company are humorous but no-nonsense workers who provide the highest quality service. Needless to say, Bill arrived promptly ready to open the pool. Since this was my first encounter, Bill asked the necessary basic questions before commencing work. At the end of the opening, Bill reviewed a few minor adjustments on the pool pump which would be followed-up on a later visit (He did so the next day). I have hired one other pool company for 15 years that went out of business, and have found a new one hopefully for the next 15.

Service so far is excellent!

I grew up with a small above ground pool and transitioning to an in-ground salt water pool was a big change. Bill was very helpful and explained the operation of our pool in our new home. I would highly recommend Cadillac Pools.

This family owned company is a breath of fresh air. They return your calls and genuinely care about your project. They make sure you have the right products and even though they havent completed the work yet, I look forward to working with them for my new pool.

Not reliable. Billy is a very nice guy and does good work but do not expect calls to be returned or him showing up as promised. He was supposed to do work on my pool last week and open it this week as I am having a liner installed soon. He never showed and has since not returned a call or text.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on what needs to be fixed or replaced. But did not pressure to sell me anything. Feel like I made a friend then hiring a pool company. Awesome service. The owner came out on his birthday to explain how to open my pool. Hands down major respect.

I went on Home Advisor in August trying to find a new pool company to use for closing. I was looking for a small company with better customer service then I had received from a bigger pool company. When Bill called I was surprised about how helpful he was immediately. I scheduled my pool closing with him and had him do a minor repair. Bill is great! His prices are very reasonable and he is not the least bit pushy. Also, if you have a problem Bill is easy to reach and always gets back to you. I have already scheduled my 2019 pool opening with him and it's a great relief to have finally found a pool company I am happy with. Thank you Bill!
