Description of Work: They are excellent! Very professional, thorough and I have them come every 2 weeks to clean our home & have also used them for spring cleaning. They take a tremendous amount of stress off of me with my schedule. Would highly recommend them and I have used other companies for cleaning services in the past, which I would never recommend.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed and asked them to leave without finishing. After 3 employees spent 8 hours cleaning an 1100 sf space (that's 24 hours of nonstop cleaning!) that was not dirty to start and missing things on top of it (like a wall mirror) I was done. I still had a 2nd floor to be done plus an apartment next door. Beware of any cleaning company that charges hourly. This is my first experience with one after hiring several cleaning companies in the past that gave me one flat rate and I now learned the hard way never to do it again. Such a waste!

Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of home that was neglected. Boxed and moved non-essentials. Was not able to finish due to septic problem. Will use them again once the water problem is resolved.

Description of Work: Hired them to do the top floor of my almost 5000sq ft home and they did an amazing job. I would have liiked them to have moved a little faster though but i think because it was their first time they took a little longer than i had imagined. I plan on using this cleaning service again soon and possibly making them my go-to house cleaning service. Their work was impeccable and very detailed.

Description of Work: Short towards me on the phone. Was not very tolerant of questions. Prices are outrageous. Found someone much more reasonable from a friend. I think that an Initial cleaning $98 per hour for three people for about five hours is out of the park expensive.

Description of Work: They were hired specifically for pre-move-in cleaning of a condominium unit. They did an average job at a high cost.

Description of Work: Probably the best cleaning service I used. The do a REALLY through job and I am very anal about detail. I'm one of those people who run their finger on the top of door rims. They do everything - your garage, inside closets, aren't shy about removing all the nicknacks within shelving units and dusting. I'm mean really happy with their services. | |However, their cost is pretty high. So can't afford their services every month but definitely will be calling them on for a semi-annual cleaning. | |Just know if you are going to pay by check there's a 12% upcharge.

Description of Work: Heart and Saul did a top to bottom cleaning of our home, which has been through renovations for the last five years, so dust was settled in places that needed serious tackling. The women of the crew were so pleasant and conscientious. The place sparkled when they left: everywhere my eyes fell, they had made their presence known by removing any dust or dirt. |We cannot afford their price, regularly, but the money was well spent for what we needed. |If we were to use them in the future, I would ask that the towels not be refolded in the kitchen or bathrooms: waste of time and money.

Description of Work: This company has changed my life. I am a messy, spirited person and never really spend time taking care of my house. These people cleaned my house and made it sparkle. They are flexible, helpful, responsible, and kind. My friends are so happy because we can have fun at my house again! I LOVE this company.

Description of Work: We changed from another company that we used for 10 years. Heart and Saul are hands above the other company. They come ever other week and the cleaned the house. It has never been cleaner. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We live in a townhouse in Hamburg, NJ, with 2 floors and basement, with 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. We first called this business and made an appointment. We spoke to a lady who manages it. We were not told that they charge a minimum of 3 hrs, @$95.00/hr. The 3 cleaning ladies and a man manager did come on time. He then told us about the 3 hr min. and we said we were not informed of this at first. We said we would pay for 2 hrs. The man "manager" left and came back later. He talked alot and was 'salesy'. We have had many other cleaning services come and they stayed on average up to 1 1/2 hrs, and the total ranged from $65.00 - 95.00, for 2 people. Well, the 3 cleaning ladies didn't speak English, except maybe 1 spoke some English. They stayed in our master bathroom and master bedroom for 1 1/2 hrs. alone on the 2nd floor! Why it took them that long or what they were doing,we don't know. Then they were going to the 1st floor, and we said what about the rest of the 2nd floor? They said because of time (15 mins. left). We told them to finish the other bedroom up on the 2nd floor. So one of them went down to the kitchen on the 1st floor and quickly did that. The cleaning ladies spoke to each other in Spanish so we couldn't understand. When the man was here, one lady spoke to him in Spanish and it sounded like she was complaining that it was only 2 hrs. (We do understand some words in Spanish). We reluctantly paid the $190, but didn't feel we should or was right. We never heard of a cleaning service, especially with 3 people, do so little, in that amount of time, and charge so much. Maybe this business is used to richer people / clients paying their fees. We would never get them again.!!!!

Description of Work: Heart and Saul has been doing my housecleaning for 4 years and they are hands down the best I have ever had! I have an old, large home (6 br) and the H&S crew of 3 people cleans my home to perfection in 4 hrs. They are always punctual and provide great attention to detail with a supervisor checking in with me each time each time they come to see if there are any special projects or details to attend to. They are also flexible and schedule changes have never been a problem. The cleaning women are extremely thorough, polite and professional. They provide extra special care to my home and it's historic details, like the hardwood floors. They bring their own equipment and supplies, but will make any changes I deem necessary. My home always smells CLEAN when leave. Highly recommend.
