He answered my call immediately and scheduled the repair for the very next day. He was prepared with the parts I needed and showed up exactly on schedule.

We called him on Monday the 5th and made an appointment for Thursday. The service call would be $25. He said he would call between 8:30 and 9:00 on Thursday to tell us what time he would be here. He called promptly Thursday morning and said he be here between 1:30 and 3:00. He arrived about 2:30. He took one look and knew what the problem was, he said he had the part with him and that the job would cost $165 and that included the $25 service call. He had the job done in less then a half hour and the oven is working fine. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Even though it was a holiday w/e, he called back immediately and helped me with my issue over the phone. No charge!

Ron is great guy. He is very responsive, has a great personality, and is honest which I appreciate. He does excellent work, too.

Came back from a Mediterranean cruise to find refrigerator/freezer not working. After throwing out all food called Ron's Appliance. They came out within a day and replaced the defective part. Refrigerator working fine and still is in service. I found them to be reliable (coming when they say they will), able to diagnose problems quickly and reasonably priced. Have used them several times since with good results. When they came out on 7/30/12 for an issue we had with our stovetop, even though there really wasn't anything they had to do other than explain that it was a wet electric starter they only charged $25 for the service call.

Ron called me to set up an appointment the next morning. They only charge a $25 service charge to come out and access the problem while all other companies charge between $50-75. His brother came reset the button, and changed my filter. Even though i realize i should have been able to reset the button myself the instructions in the whirlpool manual were not clear and when i called whirlpool customer service they were not helpful at all. I was charged $20 for service and the total came to $48 which was less than what other companies wanted to charge for just the service call. They were professional, punctual and honest. I would definitely call them again if I had any troubles with my appliances.

I called Monday to ask for an appt on Friday. They put me in the book. They called Friday morning to give me a time window - 1:30-3:30. Luis showed up right around 1:45. He was polite and professional. He showed me the problem, replaced the part, ran the machine to check it was working, got the payment and left. Done in less than an hour. I have used Ron's Appliance in the past for repairs to the same washer and to my oven. Always great service and good price.
