Jeff did an amazing job with both renovations. Like many, i had a very difficult time choosing a contractor because you want someone that is honest and reliable. I priced out many general contractors and even priced out contractors for the individual jobs but Jeff was the most reasonable and was able to complete every part of the job. He was also very flexible as we changed what we wanted throughout the job. Jeff is very conscientious and responsive throughout the whole process and will make sure the job is done right. He also credited me for any extra items i purchased and was very fair when it came time to determine the final payment. I would highly recommend Jeff and in fact he is currently doing renovations to my mothers house after i recommended him to her.

the work was done without a hitch, the crew was very good at their jobs and went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly. the owner Jeffrey would check every day to make sure that iI was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them

Everything went very well. Finished product is everything we expected plus more. Bathroom is beautiful, closet is exactly what we needed. Jeff was fantastic texted him he answered almost immediately called him he answered or called you back in a timely manner. He kept you informed on how the construction was progressing daily. His workers were in my home at times when no one was home and we had no problems. Head carpenter Ramsey was also great, answered all my questions was extremely knowledgeable about everything. Had one minor problem I noticed after everything was done and paid for. Called Jeff he came checked it out and it’s in the process of being fixed as I write this I would definitely use this company again.

It was very good and I had no complaints with them. The only issue I had was it took a little bit longer, but they did a professional job.

After Jeff and I negotiated the contract, the work was started on the expected date and all work was preformed within time frame as quoted. The workers showed up on time as scheduled. Great care was taken to lay traps on the hardwood floors and the work area was swept up each day. The tile guy Angel was excellent, as was Ramsey who did the detail work on the crown moulding. I was allowed to select the tile and given an allowance per square foot, Bruce the plumber took his time and explained the changes in the building codes and did solid work. One bathroom was a complete tear down and the second (Master Bath) was to replace the plastic shower stall and install a tiled shower and shower pan. Both bathrooms came out great. The only reason for the "B" rating is several times I had to loan tools and stock supplies to the workers as sometimes the forgot certain tools they would need. I would recommend Jeff and his crew for remodeling work any day of the week.

Efficient, neat and prompt, excellent work. It was the most pleasure to work with Jeff Dunn, master carpenter Ramsey Stewart and the Painter was Carlos, We were very pleased and we had major work done as well and they were excellent as well. We highly recommend them to anybody, and anyone would be welcome to see their work as long as they call first to make sure that I'm at home. Very responsive too.
