They did a great job.

I was very pleased with them. I had received several other estimates and I think they were somewhere in the middle; neither in too low nor too high. I was very satisfied with their work. They were easy to work with. If there were any problems, they addressed them very quickly. I had called to get some more work done and they came out to look at the work that is needed. I will use them again in the future.

My realtor told me that she had a good experience with this company. However, the individual they sent for my basement and bathroom estimates seemed very green and did not take the time to listen to my needs. He told me that he would have to get another individual to come for a more precise estimate for the basement. I am displeased that they sent out such an inexperienced estimator and that I would need to meet with yet another person just for a more precise estimate as I had told them what I needed when I first made my appointment. (Shouldn't they send someone with the relevant experience since they already knew what I needed???) All other contractors who came for estimates seemed more competent and gave me the estimates without any need for a return visit. Thus, I have ruled out this company for my projects.

The sales process was fine - they were one of three bidders. They were the middle bidder but someone recommended them and that swayed our decision to them. The issues started when they did not start the work when they said they would. We needed to have the work completed for an event we were having at the house and we started the process many months in advance to ensure we were done. We were absolutely clear on this with every contractor that bid on the project and given the amount of time we had they said it was no problem at all. So being behind, they then tried to do the work without permits. They didn't tell us, they just tried to slip it by. I found out when I asked when the inspections would occur. I insisted on the permits. The project manager, Scott, called us back and told us that we would never meet our timeline and suggested we go without the permits - no big deal he said - their work is guaranteed. We didn't agree and it turns out that all of the plumbing had to be redone (a lot of work!), insulation wasn't sufficient, etc. To their credit they took care of the situation and even fixed an inspection issue that wasn't their fault (fault of whoever did our upstairs bathroom before we bought the home). Either way we missed having the work done for our event, which was terrible for us and felt like they tried to pressure my wife to go without permits. Another problem is that they had one guy doing all of the work. They didn't bring in specialists until the permit issue came to a head and the inspections caused problems for them. They clearly were cutting corners with our project. When I looked at the contract they clearly state they would have licensed plumbers and didn't until they had to fix the problem. We got it done but the project didn't come out as well as it could have. Some of the tile work is sloppy (grout everywhere and cracking) and the sheet rock wasn't spackled well enough, we had a lot of touch up to do ourselves. So some of the work was poor and for what we paid we didn't get what we deserved. I wouldn't use them again.

William was professional and certainly sounded knowledgeable. He took all infromation and delivered an estimate via email within about 1-2 weeks. I had heard that the company used quality materials and workmanship but often took too long to complete jobs and lingered on with final details. I addressed this in my appointment but I did not feel satisfied that my job would not be prolonged. In all fairness, the bid I recieved was for the original project. I did not bother to get a second bid for the altered project as Woodbridge came in over $100,000 more than 5 other contractors!

The 1st bath was sub-contracted out. At first I was not happy that they sub-contracted the bathroom since I had no previous knowledge of it. That bathroom turned out great, the contractor was on-time and communicated the days work with me. The second bathroom which was handled solely by Woodbridge was full of short-cuts. They used nails instead of screws in the Sheetrock (Screws were stated in contract), kinked pipes instead of replacing them, counter top was flush on one side and hanging over by 2 inches on the other, it was also skewed (guess they never looked at it after installing it), didn't flush the heating after they drained the pipes. (no heat, no response to calls about it, had to bring in our HVAC guy to fix it.). I will say that for the most part when I brought up the short-comings to their attention they did repair it. Except when it took a month (3 e-mails) for them to come back to repair a grout issue. In the end both baths look good but what a job to get it done.

Every day I wake up and marvel at our beautiful new bedroom and bathroom. The workers were so easy to work with. I was so impressed by their presentation, I wouldn't even consider another company. Their architect made our additon look like it was always part of the house. The workers are considerate, neat, and talented people, and they use only the best quality materials. In the middle of the winter, our old heating system failed. They immediately dropped off 3 portable heaters, and by 4:00 pm the next day, the new heating system was in place and running. They got an A+ from me!

The experience was exemplary from start to finish. The design team was creative as well as efficient. Each faze of the project was coordinated seamlessly and everyone was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Woodbridge Builders for any home remodel project especially the kitchen, what incredible work. Thank you WB. You've created a masterpiece.

Woodbridge Builders was fabulous. One thing I really liked about them was that they didn't leave a dumpster out in front of our house. They cleaned up at the end of every day. They stayed with the job the whole time and got it all done very efficiently. Their quality of work makes the price well worth the cost.

Company never called back

THEY ARE OVERALL A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY LEFT ME NO MESSES TO CLEAN UP AND THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE WORK. I DID THINK THAT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS WORTH IT.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR HOME. THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. IT WAS QUALITY WORK. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS BEHIND FOR US TO CLEAN UP. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE HERE FOR ONLY A WEEK. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY HAD FINISHED THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY BROUGHT AN ARCHITECT OUT TO US TO GO OVER AND DESIGN THE CHANGES THAT WE WANTED TO MAKE. THIS COMPANY DID THE ENTIRE FOUNDATION AND EXTERIOR OF THIS ADDITION.
