PERFECT! From the initial site visit with MANNY to the finished project everything exceeded our expectations. Our project manager DON was a pleasure to work with. He kept us posted on a weekly basis of what work would be scheduled. All the sub contractors were highly skilled and were always at our home on the agreed time & day.

Bill was very professional and gave us great advice. He took the time to review our options, and was available to discuss our plans whenever we needed him. Ultimately we decided to sell rather than renovate, but if I did renovate I would use Woodbridge.

We were really happy with them. We'll never be able to afford to use them again but they did a good job. I would recommend them.

My daughter was in a car acc. Lost the use of her legs perm. Billy came to my home we signed a contract to have the addition built. It took them 8 months to finish it and it still was not done I had to put the lighting in My basement flooded 2 times from them unplugging the sump pump I had nails thrown in the pool it was a complete nightmare from start to finish with my daughter's condition which they were well aware of . I kept records of everything that happened. To long of a list to write I still have a very bad taste in my mouth because of the work they did probably the worse people I have ever had to deal with

They were outstanding. I was shocked at how smoothly the job went. The job site remained clean, allowing us to stay in the home during construction. This alone allowed us to save money on alternate living arrangements! The contractor stayed on schedule and budget. We chose to make some minor modifications along the way that impacted the cost. But we felt the additions to the contact were priced fairly and they did not advantage of the situation and try to gouge us. Woodbridge Builders provided updates very frequently and stayed in constant communication through the entire job. I cannot recommend the contractor any more highly!

We were impressed with their friendliness, patience, experience and references. It was a tough decision but we eventually went with a less expensive contractor.

It went well, we have used Woodbridge before for the Kitchen. Like any contractor you need to manage the details and make sure what you want is clearly understood and completed to your satisfaction.

They did outstanding work. They were prompt to come out for an estimate, and kept us informed as to progress, and explained any concerns very well. Outstanding! We'll definitely use them for future projects!

We called Woodbridge for an appointment to have an addition put onto the back of our home. Our calls went unanswered, which seems to be a pattern in other Angie's List reviews.

Their service was good. They were just friendly people and very nice to deal with.

Decided to go with less deluxe builder.

While they were very responsive on the phone and right on time for appointment, the contractor who arrived spent about 5 min speaking with me and looking at the area where I wanted work (upstairs in cape cod for construction of dormer and bathroom) and quoted me a price of $50,000! While I'm certainly not a contractor, I had done a bit of research and knew dormers could be expensive, but this was ridiculous. My shock was apparent and his response to my query about the high cost was simply to suggest that I seek additional financing. Not likely! He never addressed my apparent panic, nor tried to give any detail on where the money would be focused, but said multiple times that and quot;we take care of everythingand quot;. The feeling I was left with, was that either he saw a single woman and thought I'd buy anything or that the job was too small and not worth doing, but if I was stupid enough to pay that amount, they would grace me with their services. I found a different contractor who spent about 30 minutes of time and talked with me about a variety of issues and even discussed small things that might decrease the cost, while maintaining the integrity of the work. And by the way, their quote was $20,000 less. I will be using them. I read the response by the provider and would add that there was no need to wait for the work to be done. This company quoted $50,000 just for the dormer and bathroom (did not include the siding for the home) and I was quoted $40,00 for all the work, including the siding by the other contractor. That is a fact that cannot be disputed. I did use the other contractor for the work and was extremely happy with the results. The cost did go over by a few thousand because I upgraded the shower portion of the bathroom.

Overall a good job well done. This is the third time I've used Woodbridge Builders and I'm satisfied with the work. Previous work was complete gut and installation of kitchen and 2 baths including new plumbing and electrical upgrades. Later work was installation of old kitchen cabinets in the basement and installation of dropped ceiling. All work done promptly and efficiently based on predetermined scheduling. On the fly changes were made to accommodate my design revisions with no loss of time. Clean up after the porch was a bit slow. I will recommend and continue to use Woodbridge Builders in the future.

We were very pleased with the company's responsiveness, attentiveness and professionalism. We met with a number of contractors for our addition, and their price was right in the middle of our quotes. They consistently came to the house when they said they would and they were very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. They finished within the estimated time and they were on budget. They were also very friendly with my dog when he was left home, which was actually quite important to us. Overall we were very pleased with their work and their professionalism.

The drawings were done but the estimate for the garage was too high---so we didn't do it. ($4500 for design drawings).

They were good! It took a long time to complete though. They did a great job but you have to have patience in that you don't need something quickly (if you have two bathrooms, on can be worked on while the other is being used).

They were absolutely wonderful! It is beautiful! Everyone who worked for them- the contractors, plumbers, and the owner was polite, the designers-everyone was great. We have never had a problem with anything they did. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very pleasant and I can't say enough good things about them!

They did a nice job on the roof. Everything turned out great and they charge a fair price.

I think Woodbridge Builders just wanted to do big jobs, and my job wasn't big. The did two other homes nearby mine, where it was like much larger jobs. The supervisor was not present during most of my work.

They do a great job and I have decided to go back to them. They are excellent. They tore all the old stuffs down and the rebuilding was excellent. There was no cheat stuff. They didn't put any dirty sand and they put concrete. I like the steps in my house. They had also done my upstairs previously. They do excellent quality work and that is what I except from them. They are really a very good company. I have had other contractors do work but overall I just feel very comfortable with them and their work is excellent. The drainage piping they did was excellent, good PVC and not a cheap stuff. I have nothing to complain. They did it quickly and did their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very professional, project manager Don got the major things done. Never finished the job. Asked for 2nd to last payment even though major portions done with the plea 'we're not going anywhere' then we never heard from them again. The $10K held back is a joke (it was less than 5%). Porch not finished, significant defects in products installed not replaced, and important finishes (like the finish piece between 2 different flooring separating living room and kitchen) were never installed. Just a poor finish (lack of a finish) to an excellent overall major project which was impressively completed on time.

They were not friendly, and I felt that it was not a big enough job for them to pay attention too. They did show up on time though, called me back. I would not use them in the future.
