I hired Bluebell Relocation Services to take on the stress of me relocating. They flourished at it really. The crew was so efficient that they finished a job in a very short time. They arrived on time and inspected everything first. Then they packed up everything very fast. They carried huge pieces of furniture quite effortlessly. I was really surprised seeing how skilled and strong these men were. They were priced very reasonably and I really couldn’t fault them for anything. I never thought my move could actually turn out to be this easy.

We used Bluebell Relocation Services for a long distance move. The communication throughout the entire process was great. When I pursued their services, I was worried man. But now this is the only company I can trust with my properties. They handled my move very professionally. Nothing was broken or damaged. I was impressed with their professionalism. To this date, I know the movers from this company have my full belief and trust.

I needed help with a long distance move. It was my first move with my family. After looking online, I found Bluebell Relocation Services. They wrapped everything perfectly. They were on time and polite. The move went unexpectedly well. They started the move immediately and were surprisingly quick in delivering the furniture to my new apartment. They ensured that none get a scar or breakage. I am very glad everything turned out pretty well.

Bluebell Relocation Services is a very professional company. Right from the first phone call, I felt like I was in good hands. When they came out to move me, they did a great job. Everything was handled with great care and I was left with no doubts about having picked the right people for the job. When I arrived at my new destination, everything was delivered on time and nothing was broken. I paid just the right amount for such a good job. This company really knows this business very well.

Bluebell Relocation Services was incredibly accommodating and worked very hard to ensure that my timelines on pickup and delivery was met. When we decided to move into our new home, my wife insisted me to hire professional movers. Actually she was worried about our furniture. One of my friends suggested me to hire Bluebell Relocation Services. After talking to them I thought they are very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted me very low. So I didn't hesitate to go with them. During our move they were on time and took extra care of our furniture. All our furniture arrived completely unharmed. My wife was very happy so that she offered them lunch. If we move again we would definitely use them again.

I know for a fact that many no-frills moving companies hire part time movers who really lack experience. I was expecting the same from Bluebell Relocation Services. To my surprise, these guys really did the job excellently. I gathered that they were doing this job for a very long time. They were very creative while they packed all my belongings and used correct packing materials for different things. The loading process went very smoothly as well. They delivered my goods on time in great condition. The experience factor alone is a good enough reason to hire these guys!

They had great reviews and I needed a quick move- so I quickly hired them. They kept me updated, systematically going over all my decisions and paperwork necessary to complete the move. They were prepared, on time and did everything perfectly. I must say the movers were so nice to my belongings and me. Every piece of my properties arrived safely at the new house. I would like to recommend them.

I was blown away by the way Bluebell Relocation Services handled my move last month. It took me almost no time to get a quote and these guys actually stuck to the quote till the end. The movers were very well trained. Their experience showed in the way they worked around my house. Each and every one of the men had years of experience. I have rarely seen such efficient movers before. They made the delivery on the scheduled date and nothing was broken or damaged. Experience is crucial in this field and these guys are just full of it.

When I had to move for my first job away from home, I was completely at a loss. I didn’t know which company to hire. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I hired Bluebell Relocation Services. I didn’t know anything about them. But I really got lucky. There were absolutely no problems whatever that took place during this move. They expertly handled the move and delivered all my valuables on time. When you hire a company like theirs, you can get away with not knowing anything about moving because they just take such good care of you.

It was a commercial move. Distance was not an issue but the nature of the move was something to bother. The movers had to deal with plenty of delicate and fragile items. I am an architect and my office was full of structural models, designs and other delicate items. The lead guy and his team members worked really hard to ensure the safety of my belongings. They spent several hours packing and very carefully carried out the loading process. When they reached the destination, I checked the inventory and I was surprised to see the level of accuracy. They eventually did a lot more than what I was looking for. It was really sweet of them helping us setting up the office furniture. There were no unwanted fees and nothing which could have bothered us. I recommend Bluebell Relocation Services.

I talked with their manager and he was very responsive, attentive and very informative. The foreman and his team arrived on time on the move day with all necessary tools and packing materials and padded all my furniture nicely, took great care of the valuables and breakables and completed the loading without a problem. Delivery was made within the allotted time and nothing was damaged or broken, not even a plate!! And the price was perfect! I can say now that Bluebell Relocation Services truly deserves to be on the top.

I hired Bluebell in such a rush but they proved why they have such a good reputation. I didn’t have to move a finger, they did pretty much everything. My belongings were all neatly packed by the movers and then they loaded everything. The whole thing was completed so quickly! I couldn’t be any happier when I received all my belongings intact. I really got lucky with this company. They are amazingly efficient and I will surely hire them again.

I was going to hire a different moving company. But just to check their quote, I called Bluebell Relocation. They countered the earlier quote I got and so I hired them right away. The crew of 4 men handled every piece of my belongings very carefully. They were very efficient and didn’t really waste any time. They gave me a delivery date 6 days later. They kept in touch with me throughout the week. My goods reached my new house right on the promised date which made me very happy. Given how fast the movers worked, I can only imagine how much money I must have saved!

I don't really expect much from moving companies as they always tell you one thing and then do something completely different. I have heard stories of movers showing up a month late because of a glitch in their system. So when I hired Bluebell Relocation to move everything I owned, I didn’t expect a royal treatment. On contrary to my worst expectations, they showed up on time and seemed quite efficient at packing and loading. They drove quite carefully and delivered everything immaculately without really uttering any word of anger or annoyance. I suppose not every ridiculous moving company story you hear is true, certainly not with companies like Bluebell Relocation.

They deployed bait-and-switch tactics and essentially doubled the price that they had originally quoted. There is no doubt in my mind that they never intended to honor the estimate. For example, when they came to our house for the move-out, at the end, they had computer generated paperwork that contained a math error adding a thousand dollars to the total (which they were already inflating). Upon move-in, they had two computer generated forms, one for the amount that we had agreed to and the other for a thousand dollars more. Finally, while they spent a lot of time to box things up (sometimes excessively), they also took very little care with other items, some expensive (for example, packed wine glasses in the same box as a dictionary). Finally, while the agreement was that they would reassemble whatever they disassembled, Bluebell left without even attempting to reassemble the furniture. I asked them to, but they said that it would be hundreds of dollars extra. Once my wife and I got to the task, we noticed missing parts, and plenty of damage. Overall, I could not have had a worse experience. They were dishonest from the start and were sloppy at the job. Their only goal was to hustle more money than we agreed to pay. I ultimately had to pay what they demanded (needed to move, needed to get my things back), but I hope that this review saves Angie's List members some grief.

Terrible. A representative came to my home a few weeks before my move date and gave me an estimate based upon 9 hours (included 1 hour of travel time) and 4 workers. The "foreman" asked me to settle the bill early in the morning, not knowing how long the job would take. He assured me if the job didn't require 9 hours I would be reimbursed. Throughout the day, 3 of the 4 workers were frequently talking on their cell phones. I provided the workers with a cooler of cold drinks, after they left I picked up bottles from my sidewalk, yard and garden and then had to go back to the other house to clean up the bottles left strewn over the property there. The workers asked permission to use my bathroom which of course I granted. I put soap and paper towels in the bathroom but had not yet located a garbage can. The workers put their dirty towels in my medicine cabinet and someone stuck garbage in between my radiator and the wall. The job was done almost 1 hour early but I was not reimbursed any money. The foreman kept talking about the extra work he had to do to wrap an outdoor table, however moving that table was included in the estimate. After the movers left, I went outside and found my driveway covered in garbage. I expected there to be some accumulated garbage (boxes and tape) but I also expected the workers to pile the garbage or at least try to contain it in one area (especially since they finished early). I found heavy boxes and containers in my basement that were clearly labeled for the upstairs attic and bedrooms. My biggest disappointment came the next day when I began opening my dining room boxes. Several of the boxes were crushed , even those that were labeled "GLASS/FRAGILE". In three boxes I found smashed glass pieces. I took photos of the boxes and the items and sent them to Bluebell. After several phone calls and conversations, Bluebell offered me a settlement of $50.00. That was no where near enough to replace the items. Bluebell claimed that because they did not pack the boxes, they did not accept any responsibility. They also criticized me for the boxes I used which were sturdy moving boxes I purchased specifically for my fragile items. Overall, my experience with Bluebell was terrible and I would not ever recommend this company.

I feel quite taken after dealing with this company. I was very clear about a fixed timeline and budget right from the beginning. They assured me multiple times that my needs would be met. There are numerous items that would make me avoid this company, but I will write the most obvious here. I was given a quote, it was at the high end of my budget. If it went over I told them I would have to shop around. I insisted on having someone at my home to verify the quote. They sent someone who went through my house and saw everything that I was moving. They verified the quote. I was assured that if I changed nothing, the price would not change. I foolishly trusted their word. The day of the move a team came to my house. Before anything was moved the foreman went on the same exact tour that I had given two days before. Same stuff, same place in my home, same company. But this time the quote came out to over 25% higher than the previous quote. Since I had hard dates and was now stuck and they knew that, I had to proceed. I had no choice. I was the sucker, but hopefully this review will save someone else from ever trusting this company. When I addressed this with the company they showed all these technical reasons and square footage, etc. of why their new price was valid. Which to me just meant 'we knew what we were doing, you don't, you are a fool for trusting us'. They said they would do something, but they never changed their price back to the one they assured me multiple time was accurate. I paid their new quote, but hopefully this will save someone else.
