Terrible!!! Would not recommend this company.

It went horribly. I was not told that all my belongings would be off-loaded and stored in NJ until the company had enough jobs in New England. I was led to believe by one of their employees that the delivery date would be August 1st. After many pleding phone calls from family members, my things arrived over a week later. In one of the large boxes that their men packed, they had just thrown things in not thinking that heavy things on top of fragile things would cause damage. My electrolux vacuum was broken and a brand new string instument in it's case and in it's box. Oh they say you can file for damages but you must have the reciept when you purchased the items, which I was not able to locate. hundreds in damage and nothing I could do. This move balooned into more than $9,000.00! It also had a very harmful effect on my elderly mother with dementia who needed to be surrounded by familiar things. The man that comes to your house originally will charm you. The man who decides when your furniture is moved, extremely rude. When I called to speak to the owner of the company, he said, " Do you think if you wanted to speak to Bill Gates you be able to?" Do not hire this company unless you have a lot of time, and a lot of money!

They are great movers. The guys were extremely friendly and helpful they really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The move went extremely well better than expected really. They took great care with my items so nothing was damaged during the move. I'll contact Bluebell Relocation Services again if needed.

I am glad that I made the right choice by deciding on Bluebell Relocation Services. I could have gone with a cheaper moving company but I preferred the reputation over the price and my decision paid off. They have managed a timely pickup and drop off. They made sure everything was safe and sound. No damage done to anything, no scratches, no dents, no unwanted delay, no hidden fees. Everything was transparent and done with great care and skills. I did not get any reason to complain. Highly recommended moving service.

Great communication and they really took good care of my things. The move took only 2 hours and was very stress- less. These movers from Bluebell Relocation Services rock. They were able to take apart all the furniture in my room, pack it up and re-assemble it in under four hours. The team worked quickly, but were safe and careful with the furniture. There was not a single scratch on anything. We are super happy with this moving company and would totally use them again.

Hands down a good moving experience I've ever had. I had the pleasure of working with this moving team. These guys are real pros - courteous, careful, and nonstop. This company a bit on the pricey side. Then again, you get what you pay for. I would rather have everything in one piece rather than scratched or broken. I will not hesitate to use them again.

It was my relocation from NJ to CT and Bluebell Relocation Services gave me the best support possible. I received all my stuffs safe and sound in my new place. Unlike the other movers they tried to do all the tasks before the deadline. No jerk in even the billing process. It was under the quotation. I would suggest taking them to be tension free.
