Excellent results. House, deck, and pool patio look pristine. Very professional service. Very friendly owner and staff. I would certainly use them again and give them my highest recommendation. My neighbor used them as well and was also satisfied.

They have a great website and professional sounding phone message, but unfortunately, they never followed through. I guess they didn't want my business.

I received several estimates ranging from $900 to $2500 (including the material). Makensy quoted me a price of $822 for labor and I would pay for the material. Makensy was very professional, articulate, and patient in answering my questions. Since he was spraying the stain on I was especially concerned about the mist getting on my siding and above-ground pool. He assured me that it would not happen and that everything would be covered before starting the job. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and hired him. He proved to be right. The job was beautifully completed. The stain did not appear anywhere except where it was supposed to be. Makensy is a man of integrity and honesty and I highly recommend him. In addition, he power washed my garage doors at no additional charge. It was refreshing to hire someone who was not out to gouge you, but was willing to so a great job because that is his work ethic.

They did an excellent job. I was surprised how fast the staining process was given the fact that my deck is large. They were done in about 3 hours. They came and taped up all edges by the house so when they sprayed nothing was to get on the house. The end result was fantastic it looks like we have a new deck.

He showed up one day after being contracted. He did such an amazing job I wasn't sure he even came because there wasn't any debris anywhere. In the past I have used another provider who left a mess behind for me to clean. Mighty Wash is quick, thorough and reliable. I WILL be using his company from now on!

Overall great experience. Makensy was very prompt with a written estimate within 24 hours of an online inquiry along with a very fair price. Our white vinyl siding had some severe mold and algae on the north side of the house and it came out sparkling clean along with the rest of the house. He also shampooed the back half of the roof which was also badly stained. He also cleaned some back wooden steps and a small patio at no extra charge. I'll definitely be calling Makensy again in he spring for a touch up.

What is amazing about Makensy and MIGHTY WASH is that Makensy, who is the president is a hands-on person who unlike other companies like Ned Stevens, works out solutions on the spot when modifications are needed, and in our case for no charge. For example, our downspouts need replacement elbows. He was able to use my parts and custom make a better configuration which will survive another Hurricane Sandy! Our estimate was great for all of the work, including removing unsightly roof moss that started to grow in one shady spot. When he and the crew were done, our roof now looks like new, as if it was just installed. Since that is the side that is facing the road, I am really excited how it renews the look to our house. If you want a professional company that is friendly, fairly priced and works to solves problems on the site, instead of reporting back to you after the fact to try to score a return trip and additional work orders, please consider MIGHTY WASH and Makensy.

From the first email requesting a quote, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness. I emailed in around 8PM at night requesting a quote, not expecting anyone to get back to me until business hours, but I received a response from a real person (Makensy) within an hour. He included the quote and that he could have someone out in 2 days! The quote was missing the patio so he requested I take a couple of photos on my phone and email it to him, after that he quoted a price right away (which was much lower than what I expected really) and I scheduled the job shortly thereafter. When the team came to pressure wash everything they noticed that my deck could also use a thorough cleaning and gave me a call (I was at work) asking if I would also like that pressure washed and quoted me a price. I had them do the deck as well and everything ended up quite nicely! Mighty Wash's prices were quite reasonable and I would use them again! The fact that they take credit cards for payment increased the convenience tremendously!

Mr. Murillo was prompt in coming to my house and providing an estimate He explained the procedure in power washing the house and what cleaning agents he would use. . However, I felt his advertised price was a little ambiguous. The price stated in Mighty Wash Ads for any single home under 3,000 sq. ft. is $245. My home is a ranch, approx 1,700 sq. ft., with a 16' x 20' deck attached. He stated that the deck is not included in the advertised price of $245. The deck would cost an additional $95.00 making the total price $340.00. I felt that this was too high. Negotiations ensued and the price of $400.00 (tax included) was reached when it was agreed that the front sidewalk and brick wall would be power-washed also, at a reduced rate. As a result of the negotiations, I am pleased with the work Mr. Murillo performed.

I use Mighty Wash for gutter cleaning each year and decided to contract with them for roof washing and a small powerwashing project. I was very pleased with the results of both services once again. McKinsey is very prompt and thorough with his work. I will use them again in the future and will recommend their services to my network.

He set expectations to prior to beginning the job. Made sure I was satisfied that all was as clean as it could be. Any problem areas were addressed. Went over and above and did a little extra that was unexpected. Overall a very pleasant experience.

On Saturday, 7/13 I started my search for a reputable gutter cleaning company that services my area (South River, NJ). Within minutes of filling out their very easy to follow online request form on their website, a Might Wash serviceman gave me a call. In another five minutes, we had confirmed an appointment for Thursday , 7/18, and they had no problem applying my 5% Angie's LRNST92310 ist membership discount on the service call. I live in a two-story one-family, and what would have been a life endangering ALL DAY experience for me, flushing out the gutters took them all of 15 MINUTES!!! AND THEY CAME DURING A HEAT WAVE!!!! I consider the $86.00 money very well-spent! I will definitely call on them again, and refer them to my friends and neighbors. They are VERY QUICK to respond!
