Mighty Wash Power Washing & Deck Staining

Makensy spent a significant amount of time on the phone consulting me on a challenging deck restoration job. He knew his company was unable to complete the job, but did not hesitate to share his knowledge of products to use and steps to take to fix the damage. He sincerely cared about the outcome of our deck knowing he would not make any financial gain from his time and effort. His advice was priceless and guided us in the right direction, saving us hours of needless work and expense. As communicated workman showed up at designated time. He was professional and conscientious. When rain intervned between power washing and original date for staining of deck, owner communicated with me and set new dates. House, walkway, steps and deck look great!

He was punctual, polite, professional and had the house looking spotless in no time. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I have a very large deck with a pergola. I used this company 4 years ago and was so satisfied that I used them again. Deck was first powerwahed a few days earlier. Then the staining was neatly done without getting any on windows or siding. The price didn't include the cost of the stain which I purchased myself.

It seemed like everything went fine when the service was completed. It wasn't until we had rain 5 weeks later that we noticed the gutters weren't draining properly. We contacted the company and received a phone call later on in the day. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a business as I am this one. My parents had their gutters cleaned in late April. Fast forward to this week, with all the rain, we noticed that the front gutters weren't emptying properly. So today Mom emails the company (she would have called if she could talk but she has no voice). The owner returned with a phone call and I took the call (obviously she has no voice). The ENTIRE conversation was not about finding a time to come back out see what the issue was, instead it was the owner (let me repeat OWNER) upset with the language my mom used in the email. That she put in writing that she was "disappointed that her gutters weren't cleaned properly". I ended the conversation after I realized I have a better track record getting an answer out of my 5 & 6 yr olds and told him to enjoy his $165. Complete garbage. Do not use this company even if you like your gutters clogged, he'll still find a way to be upset with your conversations. A joke. [*** Link removed ***]

It was pretty good. I'd give them A all the way. I liked that I could book the service online. They were prompt and it was pretty good.

I must say this was money well spent. Not only was it a great value for the services provided, the technician was very professional, very nice to talk to and very thorough. My house has not looked this good for a long time. My son went outside to see how it all looked when it was done, came in and said "hey mom -- did you know the house is white? bring sunglasses"! It was spectacular! I had honestly thought when I bought this home 3 years ago that it was more grey than white. Oops. I can't wait to have Mighty Wash back in the spring to wash the roof then back in the fall for another wash.

Second job we used them for. Outstanding results, everything looks new and there was no hassle. Great to deal with. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend Mighty Wash!

professional service at good price

Any time I use a new contractor or service I am concerned and a bit skeptical, and ask many questions. In the case of Mighty Wash (MW), they took a different approach than the other competing contractors and the result was excellent. The others would have washed the house using traditional high powered pressure washing and deploy ladders. MW did not use ladders, rather, they first sprayed the house & fence with a cleanser (that did not harm the grass), and then used a light spray. The result was a very clean home & fence done quicker and safer. Regarding the deck, instead of rollers they sprayed the paint on which resulted in an even coat that dried quickly. They were careful to cover the house with paper so the siding did not get accidentally painted. I was very satisfied with both jobs and would certainly use them again in the future. Finally, Makensy and his son were very patient and thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs up!

Mighty Wash is an exceptional service provider. From my initial phone call to the finished job everything was outstanding. Mighty Wash cleaned the street facing side of the roof at an amazing price.

Mighty Wash did a great job washing our house, arrived promptly and worked efficiently and finished the job in about 2 hours.  We have a lot of shrubs and beautiful hydrangeas which are in full bloom right now.  They were untouched and none were broken even though two large shrubs are right next to the house.  We were invited to walk all around and make sure the job was to our satisfaction and ask any questions.  The owner was friendly and professional, it was a good experience and our house looks great!
