My homeowners insurance company did not like the dark patches on my roof and mistook the dark patches for missing granules on the shingles. The roof was only 15 years old and I realized that the insurance investigator was seeing black and green mold on the roof. I contracted with Mighty Wash, as a result of good reports on Angies List. Mighty Wash came with a special equipment, specifically made for cleaning roofs. It took about 2 hours. Before he started the cleaning he removed all the tree seed pods off the roof. After he went over the whole roof with the machine, he detailed the corners that the machine could not reach. After the cleaning, the roof looked almost new. Considering the results and the care mighty wash took, the price was reasonable.

After a sever rain storm, my long second story gutter detached in the middle and was bowing. I assumed it was full of pine needles and was afraid the whole thing would come down. I found Mighty Wash on Angie's List and filled out the online form explaining my needs. Their response was very fast, saying someone would come the next day to see the job. Makensy came while I was out but called me on my cell to explain what the repair entailed. He needed to reattach the gutter using brackets and screws rather than the nails which were not holding. The cost for this and cleaning this long gutter would be $125. The additional $95 was for the inspection and cleaning of the the remaining gutters on my 2 story Colonial house. I agreed, he did the work and called me when it was completed. All of my gutters were packed with pine needles. When I arrived home, everything was neat... no mess on the deck or property. It was especially nice of him to say I didn't need to rush home as he would bill me online. The invoice came the next day and I was able to pay it with Pay Pal; the cost was exactly what he quoted (not including tax). Makensy is very professional and so nice to deal with. I will definitely call Mighty Wash again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors!

Called in the AM after another large guttering company was a no show. Showed hup The Early afternoon the day I called. Not only did do a great job on gutters, but gave suggestions on how to improve water flow. Even though he wasn't going to do the work and wasn't getting any money out of it. Very professional very pleasant.

Mr Murillo was professional and courteous. Returned call promptly and performed job as scheduled. His son did the pressure washing and was efficient and courteous as well. The outcome exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I found Mighty Wash through Angie's List where Makensy and his company received such positive reviews. I contacted Makensy and in a few days he came over for the estimate. He explained everything they would do. There was quite a bit of moss on the roof areas and mildew on the sides of both the house and garage. Makensy and his team were so efficient and thorough. When they were done, the house and garage looked new again. He also power washed the back deck. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Mighty Wash and will be calling Makensy in the Fall to clean the gutters. I highly recommend Makensy and his company. They communicated when they would be there. They arrived that day. They did the work perfectly. The price was very competitive. I also advice from Makensy on power washing my home. He gave me good advice even though it would cost him a sale I am/ was very happy with the work and the process. I will definitely use them again. I already recommended them to a friend

I contacted Mighty Wash because we needed to have the exterior of our home washed. We just purchased our home this past fall, so it needed a good cleaning. We waited until the weather was warm to get it cleaned. I found Mighty Wash on Angie's List, and contacted them. Mackensy got back to me quickly, but we kept missing each other's call. When we finally connected, Mackensy was able to come out to clean the house the very next day! I haven't met Mackensy because he and his crew came to clean when we weren't home, but they were able to connect to the outside hose and clean the house without much fanfare. They did an excellent job! When I arrived home, I was shocked to see how clean the house was. The cob webs and dust were gone, and the walkway looked immaculate. I am very pleased with the work, and I intend to contact Mackensy soon to do some additional work. He was professional, and timely. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

The young man was very prompt and professional. The one thing that was rated "fair" is the response time from the company. I sent several emails that did not get a response until I called and left a message. Everything else went well.

Communication was excellent. Showed up on time, answered all calls and emails, and did a spectacular job. Calling them back to do another section of fencing as well as some other smaller items. Highly recommend these guys. Also, not only did they not upsell useless services (they could have easily, our contractors were telling us to do certain things (more coats, to roll on stain, etc) they assured us that we would be happy with the results and actually saved us money. Can't recommend enough.

We had contacted two contractors last year to get estimates on power washing and staining our deck. The first contractor kept promising he would come, look at the job and give us an estimate. He never showed up and was extremely rude when we asked him why we couldn't just get an estimate. The other contractor at least told us he was too busy at that time and it would probably be at least a month before he could get us an estimate. We decided to wait and try again this year. What a huge difference!!! We contacted Mighty Wash and provided the information we thought necessary and Makensy Murillo responded within a day or two with an estimate! He scheduled our power washing and contacted us immediately when it had to be postponed due to bad weather and immediately rescheduled the job. We came home to find a cleaner than clean deck. We had not had the deck power washed in some time and it showed. He and his son came the following week to stain the deck. They were remarkable -- Professional and personable. They took care to ensure that no stain wound up on the patio doors or the trees behind the railing. I would not hesitate to call Mighty Wash again. Dealing with Makensy Murillo is an absolute pleasure!

Makensy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to get my deck finished and called for an estimate. He was very honest with me and trustworthy. Instead of just trying to make money, he said that this is not the right time and we shld consider spring time. I will definitely reach out again in the spring

GREAT SERVICE!!! Most of the time it's a hassle to find a right provider to do the work in timely manner and within budget (like finding decent provider to deliver good quality fire-wood at right cost). Mighty Wash delivered just that. The whole process of estimate, appointment and work was easy and painless. They did great work on my deck at a very good cost. I recommended them to a friend who also needed his deck stained.

Mackensey responded quickly to my request and was able to schedule me on short notice to take advantage of an upcoming photo shoot before frost hit the area. I explained to Mackensey that I didn't want the siding to fly off or get dislodged due to too much pressure being applied and that the back porch was made of cedar (a soft wood). He explained exactly what he would do, the type of soaps being applied, and the special care to be taken on the porch. He advised me to leave the driveway clear for his vehicle. He showed up on time as promised and did an excellent job of cleaning the green moss off the north side of the house and the back porch. He told me not to expect the gutters to be glistening white but they look so much cleaner as well as the sidewalk and the whole house sparkles now! He encouraged me to walk around the entire home to inspect his work. I didn't see one piece of siding misplaced and the cedar porch was cared for appropriately and looks like a new porch now. I had company in the middle of the project and Mackensey was courteous to stop pressure washing while my company came to the door. Highly recommend this company - proven efficient & professional, with quality workmanship.

Having just purchased my two bedroom condo, I wanted to remove all algae & green mold staining from its siding, patio and rear roof surface. Man o man, did these folks deliver! All surfaces are now pristine and look like new. I intend to have Mighty Wash back to my home in a couple of weeks to finish off my front roof cleaning and strongly urge their use with complete confidence. An appointment was made to do the work 2 weeks from the date I contacted the business. When the work was not done on the scheduled day, I called Mighty Wash to ask why. I was told that there was a computer failure and some but not all appointments were lost including phone numbers so they could not contact me. The work was rescheduled for 2 days later and was completed. I was very happy with the quality of the work. There was a slight scent of bleach on the day the work was performed which made me concerned about the health of my landscaping plants, but there was no adverse impact to any plants and the house was very clean.

FANTASTIC!! Very satisfied!! They announced their arrival, told me what they would be doing. Reviewed the completed status with me at the end - how they did it etc. Did a walk around with me at the end and made sure I was satisfied.

First, was able to negotiate via Angie's list and email. That was good. Makenzie came out and he is very professional and very knowledgeable. There was a scheduling change to the initial appointment, but that was fine with me. Makenzie was clear on communication. When they came out they did a terrific job. I was selling my house and I have a light colored roof. Everyone, inspectors, real estate people blah blah were saying you're two years over the roof lifetime, you need a new roof. Being close enough to the shore there are a large number of stains that develop over time. Makenzie's team came in can shampooed the roof and it looked PERFECT. THis of course completely pays for the power wash job in spades. I had some serious algae (green stuff) that grew on the north side and it had been five years since the last cleaning and the snail trails were disgusting. All clean. Ok, so everything went well and the real estate agent is walking through the house and I look out and the gutter is filled with leaves, last year's leaves. I immediately email Makenzie and he responds to me within hours. He's back out with his crew, yes he had missed one of the gutters. He rechecked everything. He cleaned up a few spots from carpenter bees that were new and we had a good discussion about gutter design. If I was continuing in the house I would follow his advice and replace a couple fo the gutters on my house with wider gutters due to the very steep pith of the roof. So overall, you really should have him come out and give you an estimate. The best people contractors are not the ones who lowball, they are the ones who know exactly what they are doing, know much much more than they need to and jump on an opportunity to remedy any area that needs more attention.
