Description of Work: Powered washing vinyl siding; cleaned roof shingles |(this work was coordinated by me on behalf of my real estate client who is selling her house; we needed to get the house cleaned up in preparation for sale). Since homeowner was not living locally, Mighy Wash made it easy to coordinate and allowed homeowner to use a credit card. This was all set up via email/phone/website.

+ 2 moreMackenzy and his son are the best! We live near the woods, and with all the rain and humidity, the house and deck had a lot of mold and the gutters had trees growing in them. But you'd never know it now -- it all looks great. They arrived early and worked all day (It would have gone faster if two could work at once, but we only have one faucet) in the blistering heat. For all the work they did, the price was very reasonable. They are polite and professional and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: I contacted Mighty Power Wash through their web site. The service request form was very easy to fill out. I gave them the square footage for the deck. They gave me two estimates. One was for the power washing. The second was for the application of stain/sealant for the deck. The total cost was 420.00 plus tax. I had to provide the stain which was 30.00 per gallon (3). They used 2 1/2 gallons. The power washing was completed on April 30th. They returned on May 4th for the staining. They were prompt and courteous. The stain was sprayed on to the deck.. The siding and other areas were protected from over spray. The deck is about 12 years old. It looks like a new deck. Very happy with the job. The owner of Mighty Wash, Mr. Makensy Murillo, who was on site was a pleasure to deal with. He knows how to treat a customer.

+ -1 moreI needed my gutters cleaned on are new two story house we just purchased, which are over 30 feet high. I did not want to spend $500 on a 30 foot ladder to clean them. I contacted Mighty Wash and thought the price was perfect for the size of are house 2300 sq ft. They showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner, i look forward to using them again in the future.

We had to juggle days to do work because of weather but he always called and really made an attempt to get the job done as soon as possible. He did a great job on all of it! Was very very detailed and spent quite some time with all his equipment getting a better clean! Very please with results!
Description of Work: Mackensy power washed the roof which was really stained with black acid streaks. He power washed the house and trek deck and huge cement pool patio! He included the trek deck even though we hadn't spoke of that! It completed the job!

+ 0 moreHe did a great job and at a fair price. He did a lot of work. He got up on the roof and cleaned the roof nice. He got all the moss off and all the mold stains. He power washed the whole house and the ground around the house that was concrete. He did a pretty good job.

They left the bill in the mailbox and I found the bill several days later when it had blown out which wasn't professional. I wasn't home when the work was done; I was on vacation. I thought I was overcharged. The quality was okay but I don’t think I would use them again. All of the areas were not done. I wasn't that pleased. They did follow through.

+ 0 moreMakensy Murillo runs a very professional operation. After leaving a message on his voicemail he returned my call within an hour. He kept the appointment we negotiated and arrived on time. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job due to water use restrictions following a county wide water main break. Makensy and his staff did as much as they could that day. He advised me that he would return to complete the job and would not charge me until the work was done. When the water restrictions were lifted he called me to schedule another appointment. Again he arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

+ 1 moreMakenzie responded to my internet inquiry within a day, came to give a quote on the day and time agreed upon, explained what he would do and what I could expect. The work was done as promised and I am very pleased with the results. In addition to doing what he said he would do, he also power washed the cedar shakes on my house in the area where the deck was, so that the area would look nice. He also noticed that the slate stones leading from the deck were slippery from moss, so he cleaned them as well. The deck has railings with vertical spokes, and all were cleaned and finished as well. Nothing was missed. This was a very professional job and very positive experience.
Description of Work: Power washed deck and staircase going to backyard, then returned a week later to sealcoat.
