Experience was very positive and came the same day.

David got back to me within an hour of me leaving a message. I explained the problem. He said he's going to save me "time and money" and told me straight out that we need a new machine. He explained the problem and that our brand is notorious for having that issue. He even gave me great advice on what type and brand to buy! So kind, so knowledgable and we're really grateful as he easily could have easily set the appointment and charged us for a visit.

Absolutely great. Dave arrived on time and was very professional, as well as personable. He went straight to the work and took only a few minutes to repair the operation of the door. Found clogged input hose

FANTASTIC! Spoke with 4 other repair company; all stating that they don't fix LG appliances because they are hard to get parts for. Not only did he fix; he diagnosed is less than 10 minutes on Friday afternoon, had my part on Sunday and installed on Tuesday! Fantastic, Highly Recommend!

Service was excellent. Serviceman answered phone set up time and day for appointment. Serviceman arrived on time was polite and was very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend him.

He called me back almost immediately. He was out here when he said he was gonna be. It was inexpensive too. I have referred him to two of my relatives.

It was pretty good, They didn' give me run around, They were straightforward, He fixed it just 1-2 hours. He did not try to upsell me, He was professional, He was there and done for a few hours, He was pretty quick. I would recommend him to my friends and family, Also he has a great personality, fair and honest.

My service was excellent. They fixed the problem 1st time out, their fee was reasonable compared to others in the area, they were polite and courteous and would call them back if anything were to come up again.

They did great work. They did some appliance repair work for me and also did some HVAC repair work regarding a sealed system. They were very personable, they called me back when I called them so the service was great. I would recommend them to any one.
