Description of Work: From the first meeting for a quote to the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, these were the most professional, meticulous and impressive people I have dealt with in a long time! They were recommended by a colleague. Their bid was detailed and allowed us to make informed decisions about equipment. They gave us options and full explanations. The work was done very well and on schedule and their bid was about 1/3 less than competitors. I am very pleased. (They also did an excellent clean-up at the end.)

Description of Work: The technician gave me a lot of practical information about how to stretch the life of my ageing AC system. I especially liked that they didn't come out with the idea of maximizing their sale. They just fixed the problem and told me how to avoid a total disaster. No sales pitch. That's a refreshing change from what I normally encounter.

Professional installers, lead took time to discuss each part of installation before beginning. Did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Threaded small diameter tubes within walls to entire house. Excellent job.

He gave printouts of different heaters and air conditioning systems. He gave me how much it would cost for the whole work. He was excellent. He gave me excellent price. I would use them in the future; I am under contract with them.
Description of Work: I had central air and a new furnace put in by The Ice-Man in 2009. I used the services of The Ice-Man to do the annual maintenance in January. The last time I used their services was in April’09 to install the new carrier energy efficient heater and air conditioning system.
