THey did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They cleaned up afterthemselves very nicely. Their estimat for the labor portion was a slight bit low.

Wonderful service. They called right away and came out the same day. Parts needed to be ordered for my refrigerator. 2 days later job was completed. Extremely happy with the service I received. I would not hesitate to call Alpha Appliance Service in the future.

the contractor fixed the dryer and now i have to check if it working or not after i get the dryer duct cleaned. but the contractor from alpha did say that if it doesnt work, he will come and fix it again so overall a good service company and i would recommend them to anyone. also the contractor was very polite.

I inquired on the website and somone called immediately and came on a Saturday when I was going to be home and called beforehand to let me know they were on their way, whcih was very helpful. They were wonderful and very accommadating to my schedule. The repairman came in and checked out the stove and fixed it for a fair price. Very professional service I would reccommend them to anyone who needed their services. They were excellent and we were very pleased.
