It was completed on time. Did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner and new furnace. The price was reasonable. The person always came with an attitude and always had a smile on his face. Would recommend this company to my friends and family. The technician called to make sure I had no problems when I had both inspected by the local building inspection .

Have an ancient Kenmore washing machine that stopped working. Never had a problem with it. After calling another appliance repair service in Jackson and never receiving a reply I called Alpha Appliance Service in Jackson. I'm sure glad I did. Dian diagnosed the problem and had it running in less than 15 minutes. Their office is great too! Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service!

I know this is not common, but from initial phone call to completion, our repair was completed in less than two hours! Eva was very courteous on phone, tech was in the area and arrived within the hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed and we were presented with 3 options. The worn out part was replaced on the spot and our appliance is now working. We highly recommend!

They came over to look at my dryer that morning. The technician ordered the part to fix it and will be back in a day or two once it comes in to install it.
