Called for service on a Saturday morning and had a repair person at our home within 2 hours ! Diagnosed the problem and had our dishwasher working that day. Needed a new part that wasn't on the truck that day, but returned 3 days later to finish up. Couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received. Highly recommend.

I was called minutes after I filled out the Servicemagic form online. Alpha showed up in less than 1 hour, they repaired my refrigerator, I think the price was more than fair. The service man offered to clean the water that leaked from the defrosting food. I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator, I'm happy.

Excellent service, excellent follow-up

The serviceman came within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came the following day to replace the broken fan. The refrigerator has been quiet ever since. I am very pleased with the promptness of service. The repairman seemed very knowledgeable also.

They followed up immediately and were out to my home on the same day. The part took some time and it was during the holiday therefore, there were some delays but the job was done professionally and the technician was very clean with his work. I would highly recommend them.

Alpha appliance was very responsive and did the job to our satisfaction in short order. I would highly recommend them because of their professionalism.

They sent 2 guys as requested since unit was very heavy. They removed unit and checked all wiring and relays but found no reason for the malfunction. They SUGGESTED that the main control board may be causing an intermittent fault and recommended having it returned to Thermador for rebuilding. Since both ovens are now operating correctly I am waiting to see if the fault reoccurs.

The serviceman came on time and did the repair. I am totally satisfied and will use them again, if I need service for any other appliances in my home.

The repairman showed up very quickly, and he contacted LG directly for us, helped work thru the problem of a discontinued pump. I had been getting switched from one person to the other, getting different answers and getting nowhere. I'm glad I was referred to Alpha. Would call them again for an appliance repair.

I was amazed at how fast the response was. They called within 5 minutes of my request and came the next day at the time they said they would. Alpha Appliance Service was very profesional. They had to order the part and when it came in, they even came on a Saturday to fix my problem. I have already told my friends about them. Great job.
