Good experience

It was a very good experience using Alpha. The owner contacted us promptly, made an appt. for the next day, but called early evening saying he was nearby and would it be OK for him to come then. He came, repaired the washer and I finished the laundry that evening. If we would ever need a repair for our appliances, we would not hesitate to call Alpha.

Dian worked with me to schedule a time that worked for both him and myself. He showed up when he said he was going to, had diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. I would definitely work with him again!
