I needed help with my frig right away and they were able to schedule me right away (same day). That was great. The technician immediately pinpointed the problem upon arrival and I was back in business. He was very courteous (even offered to remove his shoes before I had to ask, as we d not wear shoes in our house). Thanks!

He seemed to know exactly what the problem was with my refrigerator and proceeded to unblock the drain line. He was very efficient and neat. He even cleaned up the water that was sitting at the bottom of the refrigerator, under the crisper drawers. He went over and above any other repair person I've dealt with in New Jersey. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
