I do appreciate that they arrived when they said they would be here and they actulally called me to set everything up when the part came in after just a couple of days. The PART was so very expensive. next time I need a dishwasher, I'm going the cheap way. I have a Bosch, and it was over $800., the parts and labor were almost $300., the price of a cheap dishwasher...

Alpha Appliance answered my request for service within minutes of posting on Servicemagic. They came out the same day (right after a snowstorm), diagnosed the problem immediately and had the part on the truck. The repairman was courteous and professional. After waiting for SEARS to come to fix another broken appliance for 2 MONTHS, I am definitely going to use ALPHA Appliance repair for all my future needs. Can't wait to go back to work to spread the good word about this reliable company!

I am very happy with their service. I put the request in at 11:30 at night thinking I would hear from someone in the morning but they called in 15 minutes. They were right on time for their appt. and completed the work in 20 minutes. I will use them again if needed. They get a 5 star rating.
