Our dryer died while we were using it. I went on home advisor and found alpha. I didn't want to spend a ton because I wasn't sure whether it was repairable or shot. They only wanted 50 bucks to come to the house. That was refundable if we had work done plus they gave me a $20 coupon if we had work done. They came out the same day we called. They checked out the dryer, found the problem. They gave me an estimate, had the part with them, picked it quickly. They even took off the door and cleaned the lint trap and hose. I would recommend them to my friends.

The man came in earlier than expected and called first(at the beginning of the window). He not only did the job for half what it had cost me previously but also installed a new part for the same fee. He was neat, pleasant, and very honest.

Arrived on schedule, repaired the appliance in a timely fashion and was courteous and pleasant. Thought the service charge was a bit high considering the short time it took to repair the appliance but still worth it based on the other positives. Will use this service again.

Dian is very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. Had I tried to do it myself, I would be replacing the wrong thing.

I SHOWED UP ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. TOLD ME HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH RESPECT WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR. JUST CALLED TODAY AND STILL DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS GIY TO ANYONE.

The owner is the technician so I believe he would care more than employee would, and he did. he did a good job repairing my washer and his price was better than the large companies. I would definately use him again.
