Very nice and gave me good advice. I will definitely use them again. The first guy who came out tried to rip me off then charge me a fee for coming when I said they were too high!

I read a lot of reviews on-line so I gave them a shot and everything I read on line was true. Same day service AND they had the parts on their service truck to fix my appliance. They were also on time and friendly to deal with. This is the first time I have had to have an appliance fixed (Fridge) and I thought it would of cost A LOT more then it did so the price also made me very happy.

The technician fixed the immediate problem, but importantly pointed out a related problem that needed to be fixed, that had nothing directly to do with his service call. It would require a totally different type of company to handle, and not by me, but by my condo association.

my referigerator stoped working.i called alpha and got a live person not a recording.she was very nice and rearanged the techs schedule so i would be the next stop.the tech arived at my house within 1 hour of my call.knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in short order.very good service and would recomend them to my friends.

My dryer broke at 11;00 and someone was there that afternoon to fix it with the parts on the truck. He also did a wonderful job cleaning all the insides of the dryer that had collected lint.

Great Service !! I was contacted immediately after submitting request via HomeAdvisor for Gas dryer repair. The appointment was set up and I was contacted early on the day of the repair and given the time period the technician would arrive. The technician arrived as scheduled and removed his shoes while entering our home ! We are very very particular about cleanliness, so this gets 5 Stars alone ! The technician was professional and pleasant to talk with. The technician diagnosed our problem immediately and explained what was need for the repair and how much it would cost. The part was on the service truck and the repair completed quickly. The technician went the extra mile to clean out lint accumulation surrounding wires, motors, internal surfaces, etc. The repair took less than 45 minutes to complete. We have to say this was the best experience we have had to date with an appliance repair service in the 30 years we have owned our home! We will definitely call Alpha Appliance Service for our future appliance repair needs !

Outstanding Service. They contacted me prior to arrival and showed up when they said. My refrigerator was in bad shape and the repair was costly he suggested we look at a new one because of this. That I thought was great. Highly recommend them...Very Professional

I was contacted right away, and the technician was able to get out to my home earlier (not later as is the case with many repair services) than expected. The tech's name was Dian, and he took his time in checking out the problem, and making recommendations on what might prevent a similar issue from happening in the future. Very, very good service!
