Description of Work: They covered 4 skylights and one window. They also covered my front door with a mirror film. I can see out, but nobody can see in. They were AMAZING. I'm more than sure I will find something else for them to do in my house. The only mistake anyone would make... is not to use them that's how good they were.

Description of Work: I would give A- or a B+ for the service/price. |To start off their pricing was higher than the company I used in the previous year. Since I have so many different types of windows doors a price estimate wasn't going to be accurate on the phone (which was clear to me and the person I spoke with at the company) but since they are located in the next town I decided to give them a try. |The person showed up more than 30min late, and he showed up alone (previous time the window cleaners always comes at least in pairs) when I asked he told me his partner was sick. He was a very polite guy and when he realized I had to leave in the afternoon (the job with one person takes longer than I had time for) he did everything inside of the house first and took out all the screens to spray down. Most windows are pretty clear after the job is down with couple still with some streak. |I had some miscommunication with the office about the price but it's all cleared out in the end. I am happy with the service person and his attitude that's why I think I might use this company again especially we prenegociated a $400 all in price for next year (so the cost can be clear up front).

 + -1 moreTheir profile states that they cover Passaic county, yet they said to find someone local to my area. Then the rep on the phone said that their minimum charge to come out was going to be $125 for cleaning the exterior windows. False and misleading advertising - Buyer beware!
Description of Work: I first scheduled the service using their online scheduler on 4/7 and scheduled the cleaning for 4/13. I then get an email from Gil the next day on 4/8 saying, "no problem, call our office to schedule". I called and left a message and didn't get call back till the day of on 4/13. The lady asked me where we lived and first she said they didn't service the area but wanted to know 'how big the job was going to be'. When I told her I had 13 exterior windows to be cleaned she came back on the phone and told me that the minimum charge to come out was going to be $125 and that it was better to find someone "local".

Description of Work: Spoke to a very condescending woman on the phone who explained that every pane of glass counts as a window, though the deal does not say that. Thus a window that has cross grids, which can be as many as 16 panes of glass, counts as 16 windows. At $5.00 each pane one window can cost $80. Significantly more than the ad makes one believe. With 9 windows plus one large bay with lots of panes, that's $1,000. And that's crazy.
