It didn't not go well, they left pots on the window of the house.

The technicians were meticulous and the end result was wonderful - our house looked amazing.

I couldn't be happier. Everything went as planned from start to finish. My home looked amazing, and I didn't even have to worry about taking the lights down. They came back in January to remove them, just as promised.

This Company was great! They were very responsive, professional, and courteous. Their work was done very quickly and efficiently. We will be setting up a bi-annual schedule moving forward.

Orlando and his assistant, Ryan, were outstanding. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows inside and out as well as an outstanding job power washing the entire two story house. They even cleaned our exterior brick on our chimney. They also cleaned a large deck, stairs, a patio set on the deck and slate pavers. Everything looks new. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing was very competitive.

Fine. They did exactly what we agreed they would do. Timely and polite.

Okay, however, they did not have boot covers. They had to do over some of the windows where some obvious dirt was left. They said they had to move on to the next job and could not stay longer but were very nice about it.

The date agreed upon for installation was Tuesday, November 20, 2018 and that was the date the lights and a 36" wreath were put up. The gutters were also to be cleaned, re-securing of the hanging gutter along the roof line and the screens that were on the gutter line were to be removed. The bow was missing on the wreath when we arrived home from work. The screens were still attached when I checked the next day (during daylight). After calling (on the same day of installation) to address the missing bow, it was attached the following day but in the wrong location (not where we requested)/it was to cover the cable that was showing below the wreath. It also seemed to have been carelessly placed (crooked). I called Kathy on the same day that the bow was attached and I informed her that we did not like how and where the bow was placed (we were also promised a nice looking bow). A picture will be attached if possible as proof. Kathy informed that she was not going to be able to send anyone out to fix the bow as we wanted because it was not possible to send someone immediately to address that issue (which to her seemed minor/of course because she did not pay for the service). I then told her that we would purchase our own bow (a bigger size and more appealing). I informed her that if it were something that I could easily do I would. I also stated that my wife also was not pleased with this. I made sure to stress that it was not a free service (it cost $875.34)/the gutter cleaning was free. Kathy then stated that possibly someone could come out on Friday, November 30, 2018. Today is Friday, November 30, 2018 and no one showed up! Shameful way to treat a customer especially a first time one. If anyone decides to seek service from this company in the future, be sure someone is home to supervise so that it is done correctly from the get go.

They were very good. They had trouble putting a few of the screens back in the window, but stuck with it until it all came together. Very respectful and courteous.

I got a quote for 60 windows as $360-$410 but when the cleaners came he raised the price to $760 so I had to cancel the job.

I am really disappointed!!! I called Window Genie of Bergen county because I saw their truck cleaning homes in my neighborhood and because they are highly rated on Angie's list. They gave me an appointment for today, May 29th, at 9 am. When no one showed up, there was no call until 12:30 pm, I FINALLY CALLED to find out what happened. The woman who answered said the following: 1. The team that was scheduled should have called me to let me know that they are being delayed. 2. They will be at my house within the hour. She could not provide me their direct number. After more than an hour, still no one showed up so I called to cancel for today. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule - so I asked for a date within this week - she could only give me a date three weeks later. When I requested to cancel - she hung up on me. This way of scheduling an appointment, not following thru and not showing up is not a professional easy of dealing with customer.

They did a great job! I was late to the appointment and they did the outside of the windows while waiting for me to get home. Great service!

Very well. The men were on time, very professional and neat in washing the windows.

well, I expected the gutters to be flushed with water, but they used an air blower. I would have preferred water so I could see if water was flowing easily thru the gutters. I did not ask how they would clean the gutters so that is my fault for not asking. I thought water was the only way to clean the gutters.

They were excellent. We were thrilled with all aspects from complications, professionalism, timelyness and great work! They will be our only window cleaners from now on !

The pricing was unbelievably good. The quality was fabulous. I would recommend him with any doubt in fact I am going to use him again.

Our windows and screens were cleaned by Orlando and his buddy. Excellent job! Often screens are just wiped down. These guys soaped them up outside and really got them clean. Windows are sparkling and screens are squeaky clean! I would definitely hire them again!!

Excellent, but had to return. They forgot the garage windows.

Demanded a credit card to make appointment - uncler why since the service is already paid for. Insisted it's only MC or VISA - and I use AmEx.

Came on time and did an excellent job
