Very well. The house needed a good washing. It had not been done in quite a few years.

Gil stopped by and checked out everything and estimate arrived promptly by email. Scheduled service and employee came at agreed upon time on the date of service at 8:30 am and worked continuously until 1 pm. He executed all work as detailed in the estimate and cleaned up everything, no traces that work had been performed except that the house is nice and bright and the gutters clean. A job well done.

Everything was completed to our satisfaction.

They never responded to my inquiry. If they are not going to read/respond to emails then they should remove that option from their website

Wonderful communication right from the start. I was contacted promptly to set an appointment and work was completed professionally. This was for my parents and they commented that they were treated very courteously.

It was OK this time. They did a great job the first time I used but this time the 2 fellows who came were rushing at the end of the day and didn't do a real thorough job. I would still use Window Genie but would keep a closer eye on the work because the workers who come will vary.

I wasn't completely happy with them. I think they treated the job like any other job. They should go in this is what I would do if I was to clean it. If it looked extra dirty and trust and see they should know that it might require a little extra work or that it wouldn't as clean as it should be and they should know this in advance doing this on a regular basis and then expect the customer to be satisfied that is a little presumptuous. They should be upfront with the customers, should be transparent in their views. They should know whether the job is going to be suitable job for conclusion or not in the beginning. The worse part was house wasn't completely clean. I would not use them again.

Incredible. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the outcome. We have received SO many compliments on our house and I have been more than happy to recommend them!! Will definitely be using their services again next year!

Not great, I think they knew it wouldn't help on my type of siding but the did the service anyway and to be honest it looks the same if not worse. They also keep calling for additional money when it should've been a flat fee.

Perfect. They called me the day before to confirm. They were on time and very courteous.

Went very smoothly. They were efficient, thorough, and professional in demeanor. Plus I had mistakenly paid twice for the service for which they notified me (before I found out) and refunded the overpayment promptly.

I used them maybe in June. I paid about 500.

The new window cleaning machine they now have with the integral water hose and squeegee did not work to get out any of the hard water marks from our windows. After Window Genie left, my husband and I had to go back to a few windows and apply a little more pressure and plain old elbow grease to wipe them off with microfiber cleaning cloths. Definitely feel that this new machine does not clean as thoroughly though it may save time for the cleaners. Otherwise, the Window Genie team was completely responsive and professional. Next time I would ask them to manually squeegee and wipe down the windows.

Estimate was performed the day after we contacted the firm. We accepted. The day after the team arrived on time and with all equipment. Very pleasant contacts. And the job is done to our complete satifaction. We will use the firm again and have recommended them already to our neighbors.

I had to cancel the Big Deal after a delay and then being told the company does not service my area. I have incidentally traveled to the location of Window Genie many times and have personal knowledge that they are not an unreasonable distance from me. I feel they should not advertise in my area if they are unwilling to travel 20-30 min. to get to me.

Great service from two staff members who couldn't be more polite and delightful.

The guys were on time, professional and courteous. They painted the portico and changed spot lights. I would highly recommend these guys again.

They were very good in all aspects. Follow up, the date and time they were coming, overall very pleasant.

The guys were great. I have cats and closed them up in one room, then asked them to do that room last. They did what I asked and when one cat hid under the bed, they were careful to remove the screens as quickly as possible. My bay window screens had 19 years of dirt on them and when these guys were done, they were immaculate. They cleaned the windows and dried the window frames so the wood was not stained. They worked quickly and there were no streaks or anything else. I'd had to reschedule twice due to illness in the family and they were great about rescheduling both times. Giovanella Frankel handles the scheduling and she is very nice on the phone. I was very happy with this service and will use them again if I need the windows cleaned before selling my house in December...and I will recommend them to the new owners when it sells.
