They did a very good job for me. I was quite satisfied. Robert Rokoszak is the contact person. He did a good job. I didn't feel like he overcharged me. He did a very nice job. I would tell others that he was capable and he did it efficiently. He did it on time when he said he would. It was a good job. The quality of the work was excellent. He is a good man. He responded and he did the work.

I called the day before he was to go on vacation but he said he would come when he got back. He returned for an estimate and to listen to what I needed done. I was very pleased with his manner and forthrightness. He returned the next day and got to work. He is a steady worker and kept at it until the job was completely done. Robert is a very pleasant and personable man. I wouldn't think twice about having him back to do anything else I would need done.

He did an amazing job. He did a very thorough gutter cleaning, this was the best gutter job I have ever had done. Everything was clean, he did very good work. I will definetly use him again.

As usual, Robert is terrific in his work - a complete perfectionist. The only challenge I ever find with Robert is trying to get on his schedule because his quality of work, range of skill set and professionalist are so high in demand. Nonetheless, he always calls to tell me when he can do the work, and shows up on time and delivers superior service. He comes and goes as needed, cleans up, and is truly responsible for keeping my 15 year old home looking like new. I can't give him enough praises for his work - I just wish there were 10 of him! The work for the garage doors took about 2 1/2 days, and cost right about what I expected it to be. If I had Home Depot do the install, the core work would have been about the same, but as usual with these kinds of projects, there were some unexpected twists. Bottom line Robert had to rearchitect most of the garage system. If Home Depot had been able to do it, I would certainly have paid much more than I did with Robert and likely without the attention to detail he provided.

The entire process was excellent. Robert called back promptly and was right on time on the day the work was to be done. All the work was handled very well. He works hard and knows what he is doing. The quality of the work is excellent.

Robert was very clean and professionl and did an outstanding job. We are currently compiling another list of things for him to do in the near future.

I'm impressed with the workmanship. He took the time to match the paint color so that I don't have a mismatched repair. He even noticed a few issues while working on the trim, and took care of those at minimum additional cost. He kept me informed during the process. This is a company I will be working with again in the future!

He did everything perfectly. He had come before and found what all I needed to be done. Then he came early on that day around 8 O’clock and finished everything that needed to be done. I have no complaints at all. Everything was done neatly and with care. He knows what he is doing. I will use this provider in the future.

Robert responded within hours of my phone call and came out within one day to review the job. He quoted the price, came back at our previously scheduled date to complete the work . Robert did a meticulous job and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. It's so nice to have someone come into your home and do a job they said they would do and surpass your expectations. It took him some time to perform the service but it was during the time of the hurricane hitting the east coast so it was understandable that he couldn't get to it right away.

BND returned my call, provided an estimate in a reasonable period of time, and completed the work as soon as possible thereafter. I really appreciated the follow-through because I've spent most of the fall chasing other service providers.

I was very impressed by Rob’s recommendations. As he lives close to me, I decided to give him a try. Rob is extremely professional and was very agreeable to my schedule. Since it was a small job, we decided that he would come at the end of the day over several days time to complete the work on my bathroom ceiling. We had a leak from the upstairs condo which needed to be repaired spackled and painted. The quality of his work was excellent, his price was very reasonable and the clean up was immaculate. Not a spec of dirt could be found. We had basement damage from Irene and once the water problem is resolved, I will be calling Rob to re-do the basement. Outside of laying carpet, electrical and plumbing, Rob pretty much does it all. I’ve found my forever contractor.

Fantastic one man, you get the owner (at the risk of having a hard time getting an appointment in the future LOL) He worked so efficently that I was amazed what he got done in a day and I had a day rate pre-approved. Very much wanted to make me happy and I was!

I needed handles installed in my bath/shower in preparation for my aged mother's visit. This involved drilling through bath tiles - I job I did not want to risk myself. Even though Robert was very busy because of Hurricane Irene, he managed to fit this job in by coming around in the evening. He did a great job, and as always was a very friendly and helpful chap to work with.We are having more work done by him.

Robert is an amazing handman -- professional, hard-working and courteous!! He answered my original call immediately, came over for the estimate within days and began the work as soon as he could since we are putting my mother's house on the market. He executed ALL the "little" jobs with expertise, cleaning up immediately and even took the time to do other chores we needed done. When he ripped up the carpet (which was not on the original estimate), he bundled it, swept up all the disintegrated padding underneath and took out the nails and staples. He was extremely careful with moving furniture while doing this. His rates are incredibly reasonable and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat! It's so nice to have someone you can count on who does beautiful work!

Robert does fantastic work; this is our second time hiring Robert and we were so pleased with his work ethic and craftsmanship. We have a detached garage with a second floor storage/attic area, but the only way to access the space was through a hole in the ceiling. Robert installed a set of retractable aluminum ladder-steps so that we can carry boxes up/down to this much-needed storage space. We also had a side door with glass windows that were shattered and, because of both safety and security issues, needed to have the door replaced. Robert's care for a job well-done was evident when he began to unload the new door that he was planning to use for the replacement; it seemed to have some manufacturing flaws, so Robert took the time to go back to the store and demand a new one, one that would work properly. Finally, Robert built some shelves in the garage to increase work and storage space in our garage. From start to finish, Robert was efficient, caring, and professional. He has officially become our "go-to guy" for all major home repairs!

He sounded like he was too busy and didn't have the time to talk to me. I gave him my information, and he said he would call me back to set up an appointment. Over a week later he has not returned my call.

He once again saved me as my wife now lives there almost all the time because of her work and needed this stuff fixed. He (Robert) as usual is amazing can fix anything and I would never use anyone else. Great job Robert.

Apparently Robert was too busy to provide an estimate or even to return my repeated phone calls. If you are too busy to do the work, say so. Don't waste a potential customer's time by looking at a job, and then ignoring multiple follow-up phone calls to check on status. Very unprofessional.
