Robert came up with an innovative design which works well, and cost much less than a conventional solution.

We setup an appointment for a day and time that worked for both of us and Robert at BND called to confirm the night before and arrived on schedule. Work was completed with good results, I would recommend and hire Robert again for future projects.

'Couldn't be happier!! Robert came for a free quote, gave us great advice and told us about similar work he had performed. He ordered the door and brought it to us (we wanted to paint it before he hung it). When we were ready, he was ready. Came the next day and installed it. Cut out the small rotted sub-floor section, checked the surrounding area and beams and put it all back together with extra flashing and caulk at the same price as originally quoted. Rob was very thorough and clean. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how well this went. We are usually DIY'ers but this time, needed a professional to deal with the leak and necessary repairs. Rob had all the necessary specialty tools and worked with surgical precision to do a great job on the parts we see and the parts we hope to never see again.

Rob was great. He understood that this was time sensitive and went out of his way to get us the estimate and get the work done right away. The price was fair. The work was excellent. Will use him again.

Left messages inquiring about Bilco doors on 11/1/15 and 11/4/15, and never returned my calls.

Never heard back from him ...very hard to reach.

BND performed the following:
- Took down the shower box dry wall
- Took out the shower base
- Took out the show doors and panels
- Replaced the existing shower head and controls
- Replaced the dry wall with weather weather board suitable for wet surfaces
- Re-tilled shower walls
- Re-installed the shower doors and panels
Some of the other main things BND did:
- Saved me money by carefully removing existing shower doors and panels so that they can re-installed
- Planning and carefully removing existing tiles along the edges of the shower box with the rest of the bathroom so that they can used later since I could not match the shower tiles with the rest of the bathroom. He did manage to give a very good definition along the borders and edges of the shower box
- BND provided me accurate estimate of materials needed, e.g tiles, grout, etc.
- BND supplied the shower box floor panel
- BND supplied the dry wall replacement
BND was very very professional and sincere once the job started.
BND knows his job and knew exactly what he was doing.
Will hire BND again for any similar job including kitchen replacement in the future.
I very strongly recommend him.
BND is very hard to get an appointment with because he is so busy and looking at his work I know why he was that busy. Once we scheduled the job BND was a true professional and completed the job with utmost sincerity and dedication.

I found another provider to do the work. This was  a provider referred to my by a local resident.

Work was done quickly, efficiently and for a good price.  Robert has done many jobs for us in the past few years.  We have no intention of using anyone else.

Excellent work --the windows were under a deck which meant  a lot of crawling around. Removed old windows and bolted well guards to foundation to prevent burglary. The job looks far too nice to be hiding in a basement!

BND did not return my call nor contact me.  Never heard back from them after my initial phone call VM.

All went smoothly. No mess_ no fuss. He does a thorough job.

Rob was very responsive and professional and did a great job with the project. Work was completed in 2 days and we are very satisfied with the results. We will be hiring Rob again for some additional work in our house for sure.

It was not a simple job and wasn't just shim and level a new door into opening which was what the first guy did, so it had to be corrected. It had to start from scratch to reframe rough opening to make it so it opened and closed properly. Robert was very detailed and the cost included some additional cement work next to the door that needed repair which we asked him to do on the fly. He came on very short notice which helped us out tremendously and he did a terrific job.

I had a ceramic title under the dishwasher which makes the installation of dishwasher difficult.   Robert came the same day I called him and cut title.   He tried to minimize the dust by covering with a big cloth.  He did a good job!

We just had a couple of phone contact.  He was on vacation last week. He siad he will come by this week.

After doing an assessment of the damaged shower wall, the upselling began (I understand that they are in business to make money but wow). After noticing a crack in the a tile on the bathroom floor, it was suggested that I might want to redo the floor, since he would already be doing tile work on the shower. Oh, and if he was going to do the floor he would have to take up the toilet and sink, so instead of just putting them back when the floor was done, I might as well take the opportunity to replace them also. I requested from him an estimate for repairing the shower wall and also an estimate for the shower wall and all the other work he had suggested. As of todate 5 weeks later I have not received an estimate. Maybe I don't have a poker face and he could tell that there was no way I was ever thinking about doing business with him.

Great job as usual would use him any time
