Gail, the scheduling coordinator, was very responsive and helpful every step of the way keeping us informed about what work was going to be done next. John, our project manager, was great and made sure all the work was completed efficiently and on time. The work crews coming in and out were outstanding. They were very respectful of our home, worked nonstop until the work was finished, and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."

His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. I am very happy with the work."
