Description of Work: Last fall, Pat gave us an estimate that was much lower than the local utility. His installation was quick and painless. The unit worked great during the cold winter proving that his advice was sound. We'd recommend him to our friends without hesitation.

Description of Work: Pat replaced a Boiler check valve and outside Bib. The Bib was a challenge because it was encased in cement..Pat setup an appointment for 10AM and arrive at my house at 9:45. Pat was done at approximately 12:30PM. The cost met my target cost, Pat was professional and amicable.

Description of Work: Pat was punctual, honest, knowledgeable, neat, and came in under budget. Will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber/heating specialist. We were having a problem with our old Steam heat system and Pat came in and spent time trying different things till he determined the source of the problem. Description of Work: I called him several times for an estimate on a plumbing job and I never heard back from him. I also emailed him once. It would have been fine if he called me back to tell me he was too busy but he didn't.
