I had hired Pat for a large job including gas piping, washer dryer relocation, new shower pan installation, and other plumbing work for a major inside work back in 2014. He did an excellent job overalla and made me 100% satisfied. He was always very responsive and helped me work around with other contractors. I recommend him to any potential customer. He has ver good work ethic.

Very smoothly. Pat is prompt, professional, and has a very friendly and positive attitude. Inspires confidence, and a pleasure to deal with. You can tell this gentleman cares about the quality of the work he does. Keeps you fully informed, careful about your floors and surfaces, cleans up when he's finished. If you look you can really appreciate the quality of the work - the alignment of components, the neatness and care in the pipe joints. Reasonably priced. Third time I've availed myself to Pat's services, and I've recommended him to family and friends. No b.s., a true pro, and my go-to plumber.

I'm new to the area and came to Angie's List to find a reliable plumber. Reached out to around 4 and Pat was one of only 2 that returned my call. Pat came out to look at what I needed and gave me an estimate. He gave me some recommendations, an estimate, and told me to give him a call when I was ready. He came on time, answered any questions I had, and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber and he is sure to get any job that I have for him in the future.

Pat ran a gas line a short distance from boiler to the kitchen so that we could hook up our new oven. Was punctual, clean, and did a good job at a reasonable price. He was very laid back, easy to talk to, and I'd hire him again in the future.

This was my first time calling Pat. I had another plumber in the week before, nice enough, who had given me quotes and suggestions on a couple of items around the house, but I thought their prices were a little high, and wanted a second opinion. Pat came over, super nice guy, no pressure, and gave me some alternatives. My favorite thing about Pat was he looked at my house as if it was his house . . . everything he advised, either fix it or leave it alone, would be advice he would follow if it were his own house. Particularly, I have a waste pipe that goes out of my house with a trap in it . . . it was rusty, and sometimes leaks, so I was considering replacing it, $1000 job, most likely. He told me there was no hole (you would know it if there were a hole), and that it needs to be cleaned up, repainted, and resealed it with oil based paint. That is what he would do. So he gave me some repair tips and saved me $1000. What he did do: I had a seized up fixture in my shower downstairs, and he offered a solution to replace it, without me tearing out the shower itself. He replaced with a fixture with a plate, but the plate was very small. He cut out the old fixture, and managed to work in the new one, working through a small hole. Still don't know how he did it. Looks great, solid work, and I could tell that he was really happy with the way it turned out. Like I said at the top, treating our house like it was his. Great guy, and I am going to have him replace my water heater next.

My husband and I are buying a home with radiant floor heating. Our inspector indicated there might be a problem with the pipes. Pat came to inspect the floors and the heating system. He was prompt and professional, explained to us what happened to the flooring and how we can take care of it if something goes wrong in the future. He said no services were required and everything was working the way it should.

Pat is an all star. I am a first time home buyer and read reviews religiously on here to find a reliable plumber who wasn't going to take advantage of you. Pat fit this mold 1000% He did the work on a weekday when I was unavailable to be there while he was performing the work, and was nice enought to come back and explain everything that was done and spent at least an hour with me at no additional cost! In fact I added to the bill of work when I found out the sink in my bathroom wasn't working properly and Pat fixed it with out even charging me extra for it. He is a genuine good guy and so far everything he has done seems to be working great. I have no hesitation calling Pat again, and would recommend him to all. 5*

He's very professional and he always shows up on time. He's very neat and does a very good job. We've used him a number of times and we've always been very satisfied.

He responded promptly, came on time and did a good job. We learned not to bother him when he is working. Thinking that he was having a hard time getting the heater through our door opening, my husband offered to take out the screen door but Pat said to him, and quot;let me do my joband quot;. He got it in. Okay...we are cool with that. What's important is the job was done well - just remember to leave him alone.

I needed to have a baseboard heater installation completed. The rough in and walls were already done, with a new circuit on my boiler. I also needed to have the thermostat installed for the new zone that the baseboard was connected to. Pat came to give an estimate which was in line with my expectations, and in a few days returned to complete the work. He was in and out in a few hours, and took the time to make sure he did not mar the floors or walls, which I had just finished painting and installing. I would recommend Pat and will use him again.

Pat is a consummate professional. He does what he says he will, makes the right decisions for the best of the project, and stays on budget. He also happens to be a nice guy. In my experience he's been prompt and cleaned up after his work. The inspector even commented on the quality work he observed. I've used Pat subsequently and would do so again.

Pat removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He was thorough, and the work he did was great. He answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Pat put a brand new Utica 150000 btu steam boiler right before it started to get really cold outside and he also changed my thermostat and checked all the radiators in the house. Very pleased with his professionalism, punctuality, and above all price I received 3 other estimates and Pat beat them all I would definitely recommend Pat to all my friends and family and use him in the future for all my pluming needs I would like to personally thank Pat for saving me and my family this winter

He did a great job. He is very clean and efficient. He did the job in one day which was a big job. He didn't make any mess. He was very personable.

Horribly. I called him to inspect and evaluate my whole heating system due to difficulty I had with the system last winter and didn't want to have issues this winter and he never returned my call. I don't understand how he can be at the top of the list and receive superior service awards when he does not even return your call (and I waited over a week, still no call). I did see another complaint on the site regarding him not returning calls. Once again, I do not understand how this provider is receiving such awards and wanted to make other Angie's List members aware of my experience. Don't give too much weight to the service provider's profile or background that they write.

Pat is very pleasant and definitely knows his craft.

Pat called me back, but then couldn't make the appt. He then never returned my calls to set up a time to stop by and provide an estimate after I called him back several times.

I called this provider and left him a message to call me back, explaining that I wanted to get an estimate to have a new gas furnace installed, and that I was switching over from oil heating. He never called me back.
