This was our second time using Exit Pest Control. The first time, we found them prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and performed a high quality of service. This experience was no different. In late winter/early spring, we had several ant infestations, with lines of small ants coming into the front of the house, and dozens of large ants in the back of the house. I called Exit to get a price, and was told $125 for treatment for ants, which carries a 1 year guarantee. Mike came out and inspected the issue. He notified us that he had to bore through our slate patio to treat for the small ants in front. He was very thorough in spraying for the large ants in the back, not only around the inside perimeter of the back room, but also climbed up onto the roof to spray around the gutters, as well as spraying within the crawlspace under that room. Upon inspection following the drilling in front, I had to inspect very closely to see where they had drilled... they did a masterful job of cleaning and covering up any damage that had to be done. Mike informed me to expect more ants to emerge over the next 48 hours to consume the insecticide, and then we should notice a sharp decrease. Unfortunately, this didn't play out as described, and we continued to have ant issues. I called back and Mike came out same-day to re-treat, covered under guarantee at no additional charge. Due to the cold weather, Mike explained that the ants may not come out to consume the insecticide, so he offered to come back when the weather warmed, covered under guarantee at no additional charge. After several weeks, the ants did begin to emerge as the temperature warmed so I called Mike back and he came promptly again to re-treat. He was able to find the nest, and was able to eradicate the ants. Each time Mike came back to re-treat, it appeared that he did a full treatment, including boring into the patio to place bait in the ground. After 6 weeks, we haven't seen a single ant. While it took several visits and treatments to finally rid ourselves of the ant problem, Exit stood by their work and didn't give us any hassles about the repeated requests for re-visits. On each re-visit, Mike was the person who came, which was re-assuring because he was familiar with the problem and what was done, so nothing had to be re-explained. The cost of service was very reasonable, and completed to our satisfaction. They left the house exactly as they found it, with no mess. Where they did have to drill, the cleaned up any remnant of the work performed with no mess for us to handle.

Excellent service. Owner arrived at exactly the appointed time. Spent a good amount of time spraying outside to eliminate the ant problem and identified their nest. Extremely thorough and professional. Very pleased with the service.

I tried Terminex first - completely useless! Mike and Storm from Exit were very professional, punctual and responsive. It took 3 visits to get rid of the ants, but they did the job.

Easy scheduling, Vendor came on time Found that ants coming from two large oak trees next to the house. In addiiton to exterminating ants also exterminated carpetner bees leaving on the deck and crickets. Provided 1 year waranty. No issues 9 month later

After Terminex proved to be totally useless, I called Exit to get rid of a stubborn ant problem. Father and son team were honest, reliable, responsive and effective. It took 3 visits to get rid of the ants, but they always quickly returned my calls and eventually got rid of the problem.

I first emailed them from their website, contact us and then I called and then waited and then I called again and waited that was months ago and I never heard anything back

It went well. Michael did a thorough job of checking out the attic, setting the trap and coming back to seal up the area. He is recommended and I would use him again, in the future if i hear anymore sounds from the attic.

Father and son team are extremely professional and friendly. They perform their duties in a timely and neat manner. Their price is very reasonable. When they say they'll be there they are. I would highly recommend this company to those in need of this service. I have used them a few times and have not had a problem for a long time. The last service performed was strictly as a deterrent and update of the bait as I don't want to take any chances.

I called Exit regarding an insect problem I discovered in the basement. I left a message and received a return call within minutes. I described my problem, they helped me diagnose what insect it probably was and made an appointment the next day to inspect and treat the insects. They arrived on time, confirmed the problem and treated the area. Since the home was recently purchased and is over 100 years old I inquired regarding insects and the best way to protect the home. I was provided excellent information and was not pressured to purchase any other services. They are knowledgeable, prompt and courteous; in other words, professional.

There were very professional and punctual.

Raccoon removed...the raccoon is off to a better place...away from my house. I woke up on a Sunday morning with a raccoon in my trap but had difficulty finding someone to remove it. Mike called at 2pm and arrived shortly thereafter. The price was fair, the service was excellent. Mike will return my trap in the morning. Tip...if setting your own trap, I recommend marshmallow, honey graham crackers, and honey ...smash them altogether and place it in the trap. As a bonus, place the trap inside a knocked over garbage can and camouflage the entrance.

They were crawling in a hole & making a home in the attic. He got the whole family removed & I haven't heard or seen them since. He did great job!

He did the things that I knew he was supposed to do. He came when he said he would and was neat and clean. I don't have a problem with rodents anymore.

I've been catching mice (one at a time) on my own for several months and could not figure out the source. Exit came, set up some more snap traps, found and sealed a potential entry point, and repaired a broken screen to a basement window. The traps later caught two mice. Exit came back a second time to remove the traps and put down new ones. After a few weeks, nothing was caught, Exit came back a third time to remove the empty snap traps and place some bait stations in several areas in the basement for good measure. It's been about a month since the last visit and have not had any mice (or signs of mice) since the two that were caught.
