It was very smooth. We stayed in the house while they're doing it. They never needed to come back because we didn't had any problem after that. They came when they said when they will come and did the job.

This gracious company explained that the nest would be totally dead and safe for me to remove and I really did not need to hire them to do it.

Very well. We returned from vacation to hear animal noises in our chimney, above the flue. Even though it was President's Day Mike and his son came that afternoon promptly at the requested time. They spent 2 hours finding and removing 3 squirrels, and returned the next morning to remove the final, most difficult to fine one. Professional, courteous, and very service-oriented.

Both services done quickly and at a very fair price. The did not attempt to suggest a very large termite contract like every other exterminator when called for small job.

I have not only used him for my other homes, but I refer him to my clients.

I have had a relationship with him for many, many years. I am a realtor and I have a lot of relationships with those kinds of people. It is just a good relationship, a long standing relationship.

I'm a very satisfied customer. He gave me a prompt appointment and showed up when he said he would and didn't leave me waiting. The price was reasonable and he's a nice guy!

Looked around the basement, the garage and outside the house. He determined that there was evidence of termites in one spot in the garage. He would not put it in writing until I did the extensive treatment (that I did not need right away), but he would give me a $95 discount on it.

there was a smell of a dead rodent in a closet/pantry above the boiler room but there were no indications that i had mouse/mice. I called Mike explained above and he came same day assessed the situation went to the boiler room inserted some device was able to locate where in the wall between the boiler room and pantry was the dead rodent, removed it and exterminated all less than an hour. The service was great! Thank you Mike! I had a previous company come and they stated i had an invasion of mice and there were droppings everywhere(not so) and they would bait the entire house for $500 or for $175 they would exterminate and would not be able to find the dead rodent i.e. to let it be the smell would go away within a few days.

They answered the phone on a Sunday, which was fantastic! I described the problem, which was what seemed to be Indian meal moths (based on internet search) in my kitchen--they were really gross!! Mike (the owner) said they were common and he could come the next day. I said I had started to throw out food but wasn't sure exactly where they were coming from. He said he could look through everything and determine the source of the problem so I didn't need to throw away all the food. I was at work the next day when he came, but my husband said he arrived on time and also had an assistant with him. They emptied the shelves and found the source of the larvae/moths easily--a bag of pistachio nuts. I think they used some type of spray--but my husband wasn't in the room the entire time. They instructed him to leave the food out of the cabinets for a period of time before putting it back. My husband said they were "meticulous, professional, and courteous."

I think this is very unprofessional and will not be using them going forward unless I receive a call apologizing. I had a squirrel problem last year and they came out and did the job I did have to call them back because they left an opening to which squirrels came back. Needless to say the same area now has a RACCOON this is the number dialed 201-567-3369.

Mike and son were prompt, polite, & knowledgable. They came when they said they would and worked with me on my schedule. After they had left, I asked them to come back and install an additional bait station, which they did free of charge. Prices are reasonable. I would use them again!

It went well I have not seen or heard anymore mice activity.

Provider met with us. We described the problem and the provider view the area where squirrels were making noise. Provider inserted traps and came back to check them. When provider confirmed that squirrels were no longer in the wall, the provider sealed the opening in the roof line.

I was satisfied with the job he did .He was very professional and punctual. He fixed the problem and when he came in the second time, he didn't even charge me. Actually am planning to call him back to work on my house again .I have some primary problems.

My wife and I started hearing sound at night coming from the attic. Needless to say, we felt violated! I sent over a message to Exit because it was on a Sunday. I know they don't work on Sunday but to my surprise, Mike called me back! He was very courteous and listened to everything I had to say/ask. He came by the next day with his son Storm and closed up all the holes. My attempt at setting traps was a complete failure. The mice ate all of it. Mike and Storm set up baits at every crawl space and told us we should be in the clear by the end of the week. They also offer a year guarantee! I definitely will get them back every year to check out the house to make sure it's pest free! Hopefully the end is near for us!

Mike showed up on time for the estimate and later to perform actual work. Knowledgeable and efficient. Mice have not returned. He has one year guarantee which will hopefully not need. Recommended.

This was the second time we've used Exit Pest Control and again, we could not have been happier, again. Our first experience was with a termite issue and this time we called them for mice. They came in almost immediately, did an inspection, put down bait traps in and around the house and we haven't seen a mouse in the past two months (and we had plenty of them). As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend Exit. Based on my recommendation, several of my friends have used Exit and were equally pleased. This small, family owned business is terrific and their price was extremely fair reasonable when compared with the larger nationally owned businesses. You're definately going to want to call them.

Michael trapped and removed a raccoon from the attic, got rid of the mice and the fleas which were also infesting the attic, screened all openings, and made the house liveable again. He did everything we hoped for and more. His price was very reasonable and his attention to detail was very gratifying to us as homeowners. I would recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem. We had several other people come to look at the situation, and he was far and away the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and most creative in finding workable solutions to a complicated problem.

He arrived early and prepared. He knew just where to look and did a thorough inspection. He showed me the problem and sprayed areas with the crickets and the perimeter of my home.He was polite. He knew what to do and did a great job.

The ants disappeared. I believe I have already reviewed Exit Pest. The first time they got rid of squirrels in the attic and carpenter ants. Mike Wacht is prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.

After having a termite swarm, they came to do an inspection, explained the problem and gave a time frame for completing the treatment. they gave a competitive price versus another quote from a highly rated Angie's List exterminator, and the job was done smoothly. Michael & his assistant were professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

They were professional and courteous in explaining and removing the paper wasp from our home. I would recommend them and use them again!

My wife called two different phone numbers, multiple times and left multiple messages. We never got one call back and finally had to go with another pest control company, which answered their phones and promptly set up a service call. Not sure what is going on at Exit.
