Description of Work: We had a rodent in the basement and guests arriving in three days. Mike, the owner, and his son assessed the situation, plugged up holes in the foundation to avoid further access, baited the area and set traps, and told us to call if we suspected a trap went off or we spotted the perpetrator. A trap did go off; Mike responded immediately, but the rodent escaped the trapped -- but not before he was affected by the poison. We suspect he left through a small "one-way" door Mike's son temporarily installed over a crack in our foundation because the remains were never found. Mike returned to hunt for the remains of the rodent, confirmed that it was nowhere to be found and removed all of the poison and traps. Description of Work: Set traps for a raccoon, and worked with a carpenter to seal openings in soffit.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with this company. I had a raccoon in my attic and they successfully got him out and made it so that he was unable to get back in.

Description of Work: We had a mouse problem which recurs from time to time. The last time an exterminator came, from a very large company, put several mouse traps in the basement and charged around $100. Well, I can do that. When Exit came, they made a VERY thorough examination of the base of the house, found several places where mice came in, closed all of them, and left an anti-mouse buffet under the sink.

Description of Work: Removed secton of vinyl siding from house, killed bees nesting within floor space, removed honeycomb and dead bees, cleaned up remaining honey, resplaced siding, washed bricks to remove traces of honey

Description of Work: We had an infestation of pavement ants coming from our utility room. They were at the mature stage in which flying drone ants were constantly flying towards our lights and dropping dead. We couldn't eat in and prepare food in our kitchen without the fear of drone ants dropping dead into our food. We called Exit Pest Control and set up an appointment for the next day. Mike explained his fee and answered any questions I had. The next day, he arrived promptly and continued to answer any questions my wife had. He drilled a hole into the ground in our utility room towards the source of the ants and applied treatment. He also treated the outside of our townhouse.

Description of Work: He removed a squirrel from my roof. The squirrel had burrowed under the shingles. He caught the animal and closed the hole neatly so other animals could not get back in there.

Description of Work: After confirming that mice were indeed the problem, the exterminator checked possible entry points for the mice in the basement and garage. He left traps and also sealed around the kitchen drawers. Additionally he pulled out the refrigerator to check behind it. The work is guaranteed fora year.

Description of Work: Had a problem with yellowjacket bees entering house. Contacted Exit Pest Control after evaluating it on Angie's List. Spoke to owner and was pleased at response. He came same day, was prompt and courteous, found entrance point almost immediately, treated the problem and told us that we should not have anymore bees after 24 hours & if problems, to call him right away. House has been clear as he said.

Description of Work: A squirrel's nest, which extended all along the front roof of our deck, had to be cleaned out and the openings had to be covered with 15 individually cut and fitted pieces of siding to prevent any squirrel from returning. A hive of carpenter bees also residing in our deck roof had to be sprayed.
