Exit Pest Control is a good old fashion honest company, that doesn't try to pull a fast one, returns phone calls and does what it advertises to do at reasonable rates. Fast and efficient. No more centipedes, YAYYYY!!!!

I thought I had a swarm of termites. However, describing the situation to him over the phone, he assured me that it was really citronella ants which are often confused for termites. No charge, peace of mind.

Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. He identified the source of the porblem immediately and scheduled us within a few days. After he spent several hours treating everything we are very hopeful this permanemtly solves our moth problem. Because he guarantees his work, we feel confident we made the right choice.

We had rodents in our ceiling. We called several pest control companies but none would consider doing this work. We called Exit and they were very nice but said that they didn't have time. So we decided to try to tackle the job ourselves. After two weeks, we had made no progress so we called again and they said they were on their way off for a vacation so we tried to contact other companies again...no luck. So, after two weeks, we called and one of the guys was gracious enough to discuss the problem over the phone with my husband. He admitted that he had no magic bullet and given the location of the problem, it was probably better if we tried to deal with it ourselves. He gave suggestions for setting the traps, things to consider, gave guesses as to *what* kind of rodent it was - we suspected squirrels or rats but it turns out it was mice. You can't believe how much noise those critters can make! It turned out that we had to break through a closet wall to access the point that they were entering the house (the house is 150 years old so there are going to be cracks). Anyway, rather than come, take our money and leave us to deal with the root of the problem anyway, he was honest and helpful and I would not hesitate to use him in the future if we had a different pest problem. I called because I was selling my home and the buyers' home inspector found evidence of termites in my detached garage. I needed to have the house and garage treated for termites and provide the buyer with a warranty in order for the sale to proceed. I also needed to have this job done in a short time period so that I could go ahead with the scheduled closing. Exit Pest Control came promptly and explained what the inspector saw that indicated the presence of termites, he explained what they would do and gave me a written estimate. I got another estimate which was a much higher estimate for the exact same work.. I called Exit Pest Control back to do the work and they arranged for the water and gas lines to be marked with flags so they could safely drill around the foundation of my home. As soon as the property was flagged they came to do the work. Where I had paving stone they were careful to drill in the joints between the blocks. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, completed the job promptly and cleaned up after themselves. Also, they gave me a 10% discount because I belong to Angie's List.

Professional, Punctual, Clean and Effective. Explained clearly what they were going to do then did it. Most impressive is that they adapted their approach based upon what they found removing old wood. They exceeded expectations. Recommend them highly.

It went very well. The price was good. The service is good. They come back if you need them without any charge. They do two inspections. Any time you find something, you call them, you don't do anything yourself.

They were good but they had to come back a second time. They were very dilligent about taking care of the issues the second time.

They said I do not need any kind of treatment or "preventive spraying". I will absolutely, 100%, definitely be calling them in the future should I need pest control services. An honest businessman. What a refreshing difference!

They checked the entire area affected (just the basement in this case). Looked inside and out for entry ways the mice might use. Set out bait. They came back 5 days later to find any mice that died inside. Then they sealed all the openings. They left some of the bail in place. Upon leaving they told me to call if any signs of mice appear. Over a week later I found signs of mice again. Then I found a dead mouse. The owner came the next day. He checked the entire basement & found a place the mice had chewed open. He resealed the area with a different material and again encouraged me to call if necessary.

They were very gracious and were good overall, except for the price. They came right away and when they said that they were going to come.

They had come out when they said they would. They came once and did not ask me to sign a contract. The bill says I may sign a contract if I like. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced too. They had also cleaned up after themselves. They told me about everything that they would do before they did it.

We are still using this company. I thought this company was great, they are responsible, and responsive. They also take inconsideration the toxic that they use around the house because we have children.

Straightforward story: they returned at the time and date agreed and provided the indicated services, for which I paid the amount in the estimate. They also made holes and injected the poison beneath the mulch near the front door. I found the father and son to be a good team that was neat and worked efficiently. Regarding payment, they did not require partial payment up front; I believe the price was fair based in part upon another, higher estimate from a brand company. My experience was positive, no negatives, and recommend them, subject to your determining a fair price for services you need at your home.

We were seeing increasing numbers of silverfish in our living space and had seen them in the crawlspace attic as well. We knew they had to have a nest in the attic. Exit's people were very friendly and professional, kept us in the loop about what was going on. They were very nice to work with, and found the possible point of entry of the silverfish (a roof leak which we had repaired but didn't realize it had eaten through the drywall). After treatment the pesticide smell was noticeable in the room which has the entry to the crawlspace. But it wasn't a strong or offensive odor.

I had lots of questions and concerns. I felt Mike answered my questions and concerns in a complete and honest manner. Exit was professional in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I feel they are exceptionally honest and professional.

They were very professional and did a good job. They did not respond very fast when a squirrel was in the trap, especially over the weekend. But I was statisfied with our experience.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work of the father and son duo that came to my apartment to do the work. They were very thorough and explained that most roaches live in kitchens and bathrooms. Consequently, that is where they focused a good portion of their extermination. The exterminators arrived on time and stayed for about one hour. They sprayed in all the cracks including the kitchen cabinents. I thought the final price was a bit high at 175 but they do guarantee that no roaches will appear for six months. I would definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with the service and thought the job went well. They also gave a two year warrantly.

I called Exit on a Sunday after finding mice droppings and partially eaten cereal bars in our pantry the night before. I chose them based on reviews on Angie's List. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and said they could be there the next morning. A father and son team came at the stated time. I showed them what I had found and showed them the traps I had left set with some peanut butter for the mice, which did not go off. To my surprise, they showed me that the mice had actually eaten the peanut butter without setting off the trap and I essentially gave them a "free meal," which I chuckled at. They explained how field mice were tentative when new items are introduced to their environment and what they could do to "extinguish" them. They simply set a number of traps all over our house, that were in hard to reach areas and that our young infant would not be able to reach once he starts to crawl. They also found additional mice droppings in our attic and explained why they would be there. After all the traps were set, he also looked outside of our home to see if there were any small crevices that the mice may enter through. He found a small opening and put a screen up to prevent any future entry. Overall, the entire work took less than an hour. I thought the service was good, but seemed a bit pricey for the job that was done. I do not have any comparison in price, so I also really cannot say if it was pricey or not. They do guarantee the work for up to a year and since they came to lay the traps, I have not had an incident since (they said it would take about a week). Overall I was satisfied, just unsure if the price charge is reasonable or not. But they did come quickly (within a day) and got the job done. So that is definitely worth the price to not have rodents running around your home!

He was a nice guy and it was good. He was honest and told me that I didn't need to do certain things. The price was fine. He was there on time and I would probably use them again.
