Description of Work: i had two exterminators before exit............and could not get rid of the creatures...an army of them....i was told that all they did was to set traps and that they did not do anything to stop their entrance into the house. exit pluged up whatever and they're gone at last....not only that but he removed the droppings which were in many rooms....which i was not supposed to do or breathe in because of a lung condition. you get a 1-yr guarantee.

Description of Work: Stop looking... EXIT Pest is your guy! I called with a problem... He RETURNED call which is a HUGE step in the right direction right off the bat! Appointment was set and he showed up when promised which is another HUGE step in the right direction. Put in the ONE WAY squirrel doors in my attic. A couple of weeks later he came to check the situation. Equipment was removed, Roof was repaired and Attic was inspected. Knowledgeable and professional and capable! Thats all we ask yet it seems to be too much for most contractors to handle. I would use him again if ever in need! The first guy I called was a referral from a friend... this guy had trouble returning calls and never showed up... The next guy was a local internet search and I actually had a conversation with him about contractors not returning calls and/or showing up when promised.. despite that mutual acknowledgement, this second guy was a no-show... Finally went to Angie's list which I was a member but for some reason didn't go to immediately and came across EXIT PEST who had great reviews across the board. That was enough for me and I called... the experience was GREAT from the first call until I happily paid him upon completion of the job. Thank you to Exit Pest for just doing what you promise and doing it well. I just cant imagine people in the service industry treating prospective customers the way many of them do and continuing to be in business. I would love to name them individually so as to warn others before they get involved but it just does not seem to be the right thing to do.... If these guys continue to act as if they do not appreciate their customers or want the business then I guess Karma will get to them sooner or later... Once again so there is no confusion... EXIT PEST was excellent! They deserve your time and you deserve the professionalism that seems to elude the masses of contractors out there!

Description of Work: We had a mice problem in our family room and an area of our kitchen as well. Exit came promptly on our scheduled date, sprayed a mixture around the perimeter of our house, put mesh wire over our dryer vent, and sprayed/inspected the family room, kitchen, and garage as well. Service was prompt, professional, and (most importantly) reassuring. Services came with a one year guarantee. I would certainly use Exit in the future.

Description of Work: I was awakened this morning when I saw something flying at high speed around my bedroom. I tried to open the door to let it out but it darted out of the door and could no longer find it anywhere in the house. I think it is a bat because it was not bumping into the walls. After reading several articles on the internet,,this morning, I called Exit Pest Control and spoke to Michael Wacht. I posed my questions to him and he was most accommodating. Addressing all my concern and giving me tips on how to deal with it in case I saw it again. Although I did not use the services of Exit Pest Control, I feel it is only appropriate that I comment on his help. If I should need an exterminator's services, I will be calling Michael.

Description of Work: Mike came and sprayed for yellow jackets in my siding where I saw them crawling up my foundation.He told me they were looking for a spot to build a nest.No bees were present and he said sometimes they scout a area out to nest.If the spot is unsuitable they move on.He told me to monitor the area and if I saw the bees again he would come back.He didn't charge me for the service call or anything.I gave him $10.00 for lunch since he did come out when he said he would and didn't rip me off for any services I didn't need.

Description of Work: We had small ants around our house and Exit totally eliminated them in one visit. We've used other exterminators in the past. They would have to come to the house repeatedly and would be essentially chasing the ants. They also charged double Exits price without the same results. Exit was terrific and totally worth it.

Description of Work: This was an animal clean out job of 250 sq ft in 12" space between enclosed porch ceiling and roof. Job required removing end cap lumber, vacuuming animal droppings and fiber glass insulation, spraying disinfectant, and repairing holes with aluminum flashing.
