Description of Work: I could not be happier with Jimmy's Garage Door, LLC. Jimmy himself (owner and proprietor) was not only prompt and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable. He installed 2 new garage door openers for me which look awesome and work perfectly. Every step of the way these guys provided top-notch service, including his worker Sharon who helped me through the contact/billing/appointment process with ease. Pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Change panels on garage door and install a new garage door opener

Description of Work: They are coming out to do a garage door tune-up with roller replacement. So far we have just set up an appointment.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $39 Garage Door Tune-Up. Everything went fine and there no issues.

Description of Work: Service engineers met with my wife. She felt that while they were knowledgeable on the service, they lacked in professionalism. An example was when they asked her about the last time the door was serviced; we mentioned we purchased the house 3 yrs ago and never had it done in that time. Technician was kinda of flippant about her answer and asked again, like she didn't understand the question. They did suggest work needed to be done, and I would agree. Price for service seemed on the higher end, but I think they do perform quality work (the inspection was thorough). All considered, we will not be using them. Will look elsewhere as I can't be home to deal with the people, and my wife didn't like the way she was treated.
