It went very well. They were on time and completed all work to my satisfaction. I would recommend them and hire them again.

I had left the hatch back ope while backing out of the garage. The door wouldn't close properly. Called Jimmy and had a Saturday appointment. Unfortunately, they had computerized their appointments and missed mine. Was able to reschedule for Monday. Jimmy and his apprentice came on time. Jimmy explained what he was doing while he worked ,it was clear he was highly capable. The garage doors and hinges are over 25 years old but he was able to make them travel smoothly on the tracks. He was done in a little more than an hour.

I called because I needed the garage door fixed. When they took a look they realized my garage door opener was so old that the belt that needed replacing was not even produced anymore. They suggested I buy a new opener and they could install it for me. I needed it done urgently, so they agreed to start the work while I went to the store and got garage door openers (changed the other one so both were renewed and opened with the same remote. They even stayed very late to finish the work. I really appreciated that as I had some heavy deliveries that needed to go to the garage the next day. I would recommend them. Jimmy, his assistant and the administrative person from the office were all very nice and professional.

He did an excellent job, came right on time, was very pleasant, professional, and was very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Jimmy came within a hour of my phone call to his office and was very informative. He also replaced a burned out light and oiled the tracks on the door. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.

Jimmy came took a look at it and got right to work. He was early which was great. 30 minutes or so later, door is working as good as I ever remember in the 13 years I own the house. He made repairs/adjustments to the motor, the tracks/springs, the door itself including installing a support to help maintain longevity of the door. He had me stay with him and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing. Explained things to pay attention to for preventive maintenance.

Excellent. He did a great job; he really knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to be helpful and he cleaned up after himself.

The service provider did an excellent job replacing both springs. Really much needed replacement. I would gladly have them work on my garage again. My only caveat is Angie's List notes a price of $165. This is only for the part. Labor is another $165 (in my case) which is paid after the work is performed. This should be clear on the ad as "labor not included in quoted price".

It was a good experience, but the final bill was $340 and there was no conversation about my pre-purchased service.

It was a challenge but Jimmy did did a great job and was very neat.

Jimmy came to take a look same day, ordered the spring i needed, came back next day as promised, even though it was late. And he tightened and oiled everything afterwards. He was courteous and professional throughout. Would definitely use again if needed.

Purchased a new garage door from Jimmy's Garage Door Service. Jimmy did a very thorough, meticulous and professional job. Made sure all the little details were taken care of and that the new door was perfectly aligned. He also left the place spotless. New door is so quiet and well-insulated and there’s no light coming through anywhere. I highly recommend him! PS - I had purchased an Angie's List special for garage door tune up which I couldn't use because the old door was broken. I called Angie's List to get a refund and, by the time i hung up the phone, PayPal had already posted the refund to my account! How's that for service?

Jimmy arrived about 30 minutes after I called and conscientiously diagnosed the problem and repaired the garage door. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, as well as the work that he performed. Jimmy is very thorough, and operates with an outstanding work ethic and standard that, unfortunately, are the exception instead of the rule today. I would definitely recommend Jimmy, as well as hire him again.

Smooothly and exactly as i had expected. Jimmy was extremely helpful.

Jimmy immediately saw several issues that were interfering with the door operating as it should. He not only quickly took care of these, but also noticed that there was a part on the other door that also was not functioning as it should and suggested this be fixed as well. Both doors are working very easily and smoothly now. I am very pleased.

The woman that answered the phone was new and negated to save the date and time for the appointment which was for 1 and he showed up at around 2:30. Completed the work and demonstrated how it works even though I have had one for years at another home.
