Description of Work: We had a new garage door and opener installed. They did a terrific job. One of the windows was cracked when they unpacked the new door, most likely cracked in shipping. Before we even saw it they had ordered the new panel. Once it came in they replaced the panel no questions asked. They kept us updated, came when they said they would and did excellent work. As I told them, true professionals.

Description of Work: One call to Sharon, who heard the symptoms for why the door opener was unresponsive. She suspected a problem with the sensors and described in detail how I could examine them. I found that one had been knocked out of alignment. A simple twist and securing it back in position and -- PROBLEM SOLVED! I'm grateful I was spared the expense of a service call and could get the door back in operation so quickly. I definitely will call them first the next time I need service or replacement.

Description of Work: I appreciated that fact that I was offered a lower cost option than replacing my garage door opener all together. I was comfortable with the suggestions I was given and I even got a garage keypad for free because he had an old one sitting round.

Description of Work: Replaced broken spring and frayed cable, Adjusted tension, etc. It was a difficult job because access to the door mechanism is extremely limited. Jimmy stuck with the job until all the adjustments functioned correctly.
