Technician was thorough and went out of his way to deliver more than we expected. He got our automatic garage door to open much more quietly than we thought would be possible. Overall a very good experience.

Our Garage Doors are in need of replacement completely. Jimmy's Garage Door Service were able to bandage them up so we can save up for new garage doors down the road. One of our garage doors had stopped working by going down fully and would get stuck and would come right up. So i disengaged it and locked it in the closed position. Went on Angies list and found the contractor with the highest review obviously isn't that the best thing todo? So i Called up, Phone was answered within seconds no hold time. Appointment was made for first thing the following morning. The Installer arrived ,gave a sizeup and full estimate with a completion time of 45 minutes for both doors. They do keep well stocked vans, and mostly likely will complete the job right then and there, and not have to come back, unless your replacing an entire system. But they have rollers,wires,springs, all the little stuff on hand. He called the office told them what had to be done he gave me an estimate and did the work. I am a happy camper with fully operational working garage doors!!!!!!!!!!!

He got the garage door to run much quiter, and he did what he said he would do.

Amazingly. They arrived on time, actually, they arrived early. We were having trouble with our garage door closing completely. They lubricated the door and cleaned the electric sensors. We also wanted to have a way to open the door manually. Though we had a lock, the key was missing. Although the charge to replace the lock was $85.00, they replaced it at no cost because they felt that our door need very little work. They didn't have to do this, but they did. An honest company and a helpful one, too. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

He was very professional and on time. He was very generous with his time. He did some things that I didn't ask him to do. He explained everything. His office manager was also really helpful in taking credit cards for payments instead of checks. He came back afterwards to adjust the doors at no charge. I don't have garage door openers and I may use him again to install that.

Jimmy came personally the same day to repair my garage door, as one of the wheels had come off the tracks. He repaired it, greased it and also gave me an additional remote at my request. He showed me how to reprogram the remote again if i ever need to as well. He was very pleasant and professional.

Jimmy arrived on schedule & stayed until the job was completed. He never stopped working (not even a lunch break). One of our garage door springs broke during the winter and its been on my list to have replaced. Searched Angie's List and found someone in our locale who had some of the highest ratings and most glowing reviews I've seen yet. Deciding to just get it done, I call on Friday expecting to have to wait a week or so. They wanted to come out on the same day!. Unfortunately, our schedules didn't mesh so they came the next day (Saturday). I felt like I was in a classroom as my entire garage door setup was thoroughly inspected. He was going to do two springs (the one that broke and the its mate) but I wanted to do all four so that I wouldn't need to redo this for some time. He also found a couple of damaged pulleys and the guiding cables. The garage door openers were mounted on good metal but not secured together so those were taken care of as well. Overall, the value I received for the price was extremely high. It is extremely satisfying to know that you're working with the best in the business when you're having a problem fixed. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends who are looking at door replacement.

I was looking for someone to come to look at my garage door since it was not operating properly. I called Jimmy, from "Jimmy's Garage Door", and was amazed when I was told that he would be here between 3:30 or 4:30, that same day. Already I liked that about him. He came over and check the door and all the hardware. There was quite a bit of repair to be done and after a long conversation we decided that it would be best to purchase a new door. The previous owner of two years ago, had changed the door but not any of the hardware including the track. So, I told him the kind of door I wanted and with no hesitation and delays, the next day he had purchased everything he needed. In less than two days I had my new garage door and working perfectly. He did not leave til everything was done properly and I was satisfied. The new door looks beautiful and I cannot thank him enough. Excellent Job!!

I received a callback in about 20 minutes from Sharon. In another 20 minutes Jimmy was at my door. He correctly diagnosed the problem and showed me the worn bearings in the pulley and the broken hinge. In about 30 minutes my garage door was closing smooth as butter. They did a great job. They did an emergency repair for me and I probably will engage them again if I do a permanent repair. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Jimmy did an outstanding job, and cost hundreds (yes hundreds!) less than other companies I got quotes from on the exact same door from the same manufacturer. In the course of installation, Jimmy discovered one of the support brackets needed to be replaced, and he just did the job right with no extra charge to us. At the end of a long day of installation, he went the extra mile, and swept out the entire garage, including leaves and other debris that had already been there. It is so evident he takes great pride in his work. When we were deciding what door style to select, he made several dead-on suggestions and we are so happy we followed his advice. After installation as he was showing me the door, he was wiping small smudges and fingerprints off. The door looks fabulous. It is trimmed out very well. Since the installation, we have been getting quotes on siding, and several contractors have commented on the great quality of the door installation. My husband called Jimmy on Saturday March 17th to have our poorly running garage doors (rattling, noisy, not smooth) evaluated. He came out that same day! Jimmy had such a trained eye to evaluate and determine what needed to be corrected, and easily fixed what was wrong. He explained everything, answered all questions and had no problem with anyone staying to watch him work. My husband and I realized that our garage doors were old, warping and needing to be replaced. I scheduled the appointment for the Thursday, March 22. Jimmy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the spring cut to size and repaired the door the same day. We are extremely satisfied with the repairs.
